Ask for Randy, he is incredible to work with. He's never pushy and he really knows his brands. He could tell my arch wasn't hitting correctly in a sandal and recommended some other brands that worked great. He spent a lot of time with me and problem solved to get me into the right shoes. This is the second time I've purchased from him and I highly recommend him.

They had very supportive shoes and in a women's size 11! Love my new shoes! My husband usually takes hours finding good shoes and the first ones they gave him to try are the most comfortable he's ever owned!

As my grandfather used to say, "Life is too short for cheap shoes." He was right. Cheap shoes give you blisters and fall apart in months. Good shoes can be handed down from generation to generation - I am not kidding! Joseph's has a good selection reasonably priced (not cheap) shoes and delivers the kind of personal service that you just can't get at the mall.

My daughter and went in on Thursday during here lunch hour. The gentlemen that helped us was extremely patient and helpful. My daughter tried on half a dozen boots and when I thought we were not going to find a pair, bam he brings out the perfect pair. He was listening to what she said about each pair and had the knowledge and experience to file through the boot inventory and saved the day. She was smiling ear to ear. She loves them. Yes the boots were pricey, but we have bought her boots from Rogan’s and Kohl’s before and the barely made it through the fall. These were high quality Spanish leather boots that look awesome. I am so glad we shopped at Joseph’s Shoes.

I adore this place. I got my very first pair of Birkenstocks at their old location over thirty years ago. This new location is larger and even more well-stocked. The fellow who helped me was infinitely kind and patient. I wound up with a pair of Dansko booties and a sale-rack pair of felt Birks. Score! Street parking and leave time to grab lunch down there too.

Great place to purchase Quality footwear. Knowledgeable staff. Prices are more expensive, but for 25% more expensive shoe, you'll receive 75% better built shoe. Forget the big box discount shoes, get shoes that feel better, your knees, and back will thank you.

Staff is always knowledgable, helpful & friendly. Get great deals ... even introduced my husband to a new brand Oduz? that was cheaper than what was looking at first. BONUS had plenty of staff on hand day of OctoberFest ~ so did not have to wait to be helped. My husband commented when we came home "why do we go other places first? We ALWAYS find what I need there." Guess What ~ we will be going here 1st from now on. 🤗
