Baguette Bistro Pho & Banh Mi

I tried this place while traveling on route 130 after a day of thrift shopping. The menu has photos of each item, which was very helpful. I decided to try the daily vermicelli noodle special with BBQ shrimp and pork. It came in a bowl with noodles, cucumbers, lettuce, and carrots. The clear dressing and peanuts were on the side. The staff members were attentive. If I lived closer, I would probably visit this place often.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at baguette bistro and it was a good experience. The standout dish for me was the beef rib pho as their daily special – a true culinary delight. The beef rib was impeccably prepared, incredibly tender, and practically melted in my mouth with each savory bite. The N1, featuring rare beef pho, was equally impressive. The flavors of the soup were rich, aromatic, and authentic, showcasing a perfect balance of spices and freshness. The overall dining experience was delightful, and based on the delicious offerings, especially the beef rib pho, I'm eagerly looking forward to returning. This place has certainly earned a spot on my list of favorite Vietnamese restaurants.

Blown away by the consistently fresh ingredients and delicious, authentic flavors!!!the large combination pho is AMAZING. The broth is rich and flavorful, and they give a generous amount of noodles and meat and super-fresh side veggies. Their special (S2) banh mi is SO good!!! Bread was fresh and crusty, and the sandwich is so tasty. it’s sooo worth the 20 minute drive from Princeton 🙏🤩

Everyone is very friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. Can’t recommend enough!!! 😊😊😊

The food here is incredible. Best pho in EW! I can't wait to come back. Our food came out very quickly and was extremely delicious. I ate the spring rolls so quickly that I forgot to take a picture of them, but you need to know that they were out of control delicious.

Best Pho, Vietnamese hoagies/banh mi sandwiches in town! Soup is always excellent! N4-Combination Noodle Soup and Weekend Special Grilled Shrimp Vermicelli are among my favorites. Staff is always friendly. The food comes very fast because of the new ordering concept cutting down the wait time. I have plenty of time to enjoy the meal and able to come back to work in time👍. Great job BB! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ordered to go. It was quick and very nicely packed.
Just that the broth was little cold. No big deal, I heated that at home. The chicken Pho bowl was already made and just had to add the broth to it.
It was delicious and so delicious even on a hot day.
Loved the flavors and assembly of it.

I ordered food online for delivery for my Lady and I entered the wrong phone number and address and it was delivered to the wrong address. I called the restaurant and spoke to Rosa and she said she would try to get the order redelivered and it was close to closing time, but if she couldn't get in contact with the driver she would deliver it her self. True to her word she delivered it herself. She went above and beyond to make sure the order was delivered. I can't thank her enough for the exceptional service.

For anyone that’s in the area, you need to stop by and try the food. I had a Banh Mi sandwich and she had a Vermicelli Pork bowl.

The Pork and Shrimp Summer rolls were delicious and the Vietnamese coffee coffee was a perfect compliment!!!

think this place is a lovely addition to the hightstown/east windsor area. it is a little pricey. but the banh mi isnt and its perfection! i always get the bbq pork or the lemongrass beef. the marinade is amazing and the veggies are fresh!! delicious food and amazing service/people who work there. love it.

stopped in for some take out. great vietnamese food. fish balls were delicious. bun thit nuong was a little different than ive had it other places no less delicious. will definitely be back when im in the area again.

The atmosphere was very comfy. The staff was very very nice. The picture below is from the first time I went, it was enough for two people in one bowl. But the food was amazing. Today December 28, 2021 I went for the second time. This time I did pick up. As soon as I walked to the door and mentioned to the lady at the desk that I was here for a pick up she called me out by name. But she said it was such wholesomeness, it warmed my heart. Again everyone was very very nice. The food is amazing I would definitely recommend this place to others. You will not be disappointed

Great bahn mi's! The bubble tea had very tiny bobas that were very nice and overall great experience, a little pricey but worth it for the quality! The pork and rice was also excellent 👌

The Vermicelli with garlic shrimp and BBQ Pork is a must try!

Sandwich is crispy on outside yet soft and airy inside, it’s made fresh to order. Pho is most authentic, especially when you have a cold just sip the broth and you’ll feel better right away.

Love the bahn mi here!!! Got the lemongrass beef and the special bahn mi and they are so yummy! Highly recommended the baguette bistro special! Also got a iced coffee and it was super strong and sweet and I loved it! I ordered when I got there and had to wait 20 min but the lady was super nice and gave me a chownow flyer w 10% off first order code. Order ahead of time if u wanna save some time!

I've had a variety of menu options over time and each one is just perfection.

Also, if you like coffee, you MUST get their Vietnamese Gourmet Coffee, it is freaking delicious.

I've been here just about every week since they've opened. Food is phenomenal, service is great, and the atmosphere is so welcoming! I'm so thankful a phò place has finally come to town! (Try the boba milk tea!)

Small business that makes great food. If you're craving Vietnamese food, this a great place to go. It's an order at the counter and eat inside the restaurant and not a sit down restaurant. Food comes out fast. We had ordered pho and a S2 sandwich, both were great.

Always a good pho spot when I have a bad flu or cold it’s the place to go!! Glad it’s reopened and full service again after Covid lockdowns.
