Holiday Inn East Windsor - Cranbury Area, an IHG Hotel

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the NJ Turnpike. The room was clean and everything worked as expected. It had sufficient outlets for charging electronic devices. Fitness room was reasonable. Note that breakfast isn't included.

The hotel rooms are absolutely beautiful, stunning, and incredible. I highly recommend staying in this hotel if you're in the area. The space is beautiful and if you need to hold a conference or even have a wedding there is so much space. I can't comment on the service and location however (but I am still giving them a 5 stars) because I did not leave the hotel or deal with service.

Hotel is very clean. Friendly staff. Laundry on site and restaurant inside. The food was good but service was a bit slow. Nice pool, small but decent workout room. All around a great place to stay.

I've been to this hotel for a conference (New Jersey Association for School Psychologists) in which the organization uses every year and for a wedding. Due to the pandemic, our conferences have been virtual so it was really good to be back in person. They have a huge room (auditorium style) with comfortable chairs, table and screen for presentations. The best room for a conference! HOWEVER, if you need more than one room, it gets a little tricky. They have other rooms available but they use their chivari chairs and that is not comfortable to sit on for over an hour. In terms of the wedding, I love the fact that they have an outdoor space for a ceremony which is nice. The main hall can hold about 300 maybe more. Their food was good and I usually don't like hotel food. Their cookies are to die for! All in all, perfect spot for a conference and Wedding!

Couldn't ask for a better place to be! I spend a little over 2 months at this place, while I was working out of town, rooms were always clean when we would arrive back in the evenings, the staff is there for you for whatever reason it may be, there is no hesitation on giving you great service with excellent kindness, the cookies may I say been the best I've ever had!! And always they had a full platter for us guys when we would arrive Monday evening!! Keep up the great work, will book here again when in the area forsure

Nice and clean. This is the hotel I plan to use every time I'm in the area. The beds are comfortable and so are the pillows. We did have to wait to check in because the rooms weren't ready. But once I saw how clean my room was, I felt it was worth the wait. One last thing is that the fire alarm went off at about 12:45am. So we had to go outside and wait for the fire department to deem it safe before we could return to our rooms. That's not something that I would hold against the hotel though. So as I mentioned we will be back. As long as the price is reasonable.

My uncle had his wedding here!! Was really really beautiful!! The staff did a great job of wiping the stairs down when it rained!! Great venue!! Food was great! The colors The bride used here were very pretty!! If you live in the area and need a venue I would used this place as 1 of the options!!

Room and bathroom were clean, mattress was comfortable, bedding was very nice. The hotel has a refreshed look. Silvie at the front desk was very helpful and nice.

Only visited for a wedding. Grounds well maintained and perfect for on-site ceremony. Reception and cocktail hour was nicely done by the hotel as well. Very impressed compared to other weddings I've been to. Hotel appears to be completely renovated and ultra modern. I have to assume the rooms are a cut above the standard holiday inns. Hotel as a small restaurant and limited menu for breakfast and dinner only. I stayed at the hampton across the street but would want to try the holiday Inn next time.

My husband and I travel often and stay in Holiday Inn. This property is by far the cleanest and up to date, well decorated one we’ve stayed. The exterior, grounds, lobby, rooms and restaurant were Immaculate. The staff was amazing. They take pride in there work.

Location is very close to major roads but still quiet. Rooms appear to have been updated recently. Pool is great. The staff made the stay 5 stars! Very helpful through check in and informative about the wedding I was attending. The staff made things run very smoothly.

I will say i was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Staff was friendly and I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Rooms are exceptionally clean and feel warm and welcoming. Noise levels are low so sleeping at night is no problem. I would definitely recommend and return.

The room was clean & comfortable! The service all and all was great! The front desk, especially Ryan. He was so gracious and he made sure we had everything we needed with a smile. Thank you for a great experience!

Stayed here with my wife and our two kids, The staff and front desk were professional and kind and so was the cleaning crew in the morning. The rooms were large with complimentary fridge and micro. We took joining rooms, both rooms were extremely clean. We would defiantly stay here next time we're in the area.

Staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The shower was nice and hot with good pressure and the bed was excellent. Nice location too. People say it's dated but I personally love the retro look it has because everything was in good condition

To be honest with you, the highlight of our stay was the customer service. Silvi was working so hard for everyone all by herself and made us feel so welcomed. We hope the upper management appreciates her as much as all the guests do.

Very clean and professional. The objects hanging from the ceiling created a high class atmosphere. The staff was helpful in room selection and provided essentials like razors and brushes. Went with a room with a king; the pillow top was soft and made for a great nights sleep. I know there's a pool and I think there's a gym but I never got to check either out because of my schedule.

I think this is one of the best kept secrets in the area! The rooms are nice and well maintained. They start with nice details like this amazing fruit flavored cold water in the lobby all day long to ice cream or sorbet at night from 5-7 in the lobby and don't stop there.

The staff at the front desk, that clean and maintain the rooms and in the restaurant and pub are great, just really great, warm, friendly and hard working. And while I was a guest, I saw several events at the hotel, parties, weddings, and a bar mitzvah and the people I spoke to said the event, the event staff and food were great.

If you need to stay in the area or are planning an event, do yourself a favor and check out this Holiday Inn you will be glad you did.
