I ordered a bathroom vanity from here because it was the best price for the one I was looking for. Only after I ordered it, I noticed some bad reviews for this site where I was considering cancelling, but the vanity shipped out next day where I didn't get the chance. The vanity was delivered within 4 days and looks amazing (great quality) so I'm guessing they were probably working out some issues when this business got up and running? Not sure, but can say my experience was very positive

The company emailed me to tell me that the order would be delayed and offered to give me a refund. That was very sweet but I really wanted the headboard so I waited. It ended up coming a bit earlier than they estimated. I really appreciated the clear communication and offer of refund. When I finally got the headboard it looks perfect in my room. The quality was much better than I expected.

This site was so much better and less complicated than the last I just canceled an order for the same item with. I was able to pay with shop pay and not deal with a lot of back and forth hassle. Also my item here was $155 dollars less and free shipping. All around better experience. Now let's just pray I receive my order before going through 2 season changes, and I'll be happy.

ive ordered twice from here. I got a very nice rug, super soft. Definitely five stars. I was happy with that purchase so I bought another rug and sofa. They came at separate times and a little confusion but all in all nice items for the price. I think if you need items at a reasonable price Lexmod has the best selection and prices.
