I would like to give a shout out to "Sandy" who really doing a great job, and I found out he is the polite one and his behaviour also professional and respectful. Overall food was ao delicious, can’t complain to anything 💞

Amazing amazing food! Vatan is my new favorite. They have great Indian food options ranging from fast food, Chinese, Punjabi, Gujarati, Sizzlers, etc at a reasonable price and good quality. The food comes just perfect as you ordered (in terms of spiciness or any modifications). I have tried Chinese, Punjabi and some fast food dishes but each dish was just perfect. It gets a little busier over the weekend and there might be some wait time— but the food is worth the wait. Customer service is great (especially Shawn and Ankit — our server). They customize the food as you’d like. Overall, we had a great experience and satisfying food. This is my next go to restaurant in East Windsor.

Everything we ordered was perfect and delicious! Definitely one of the best Indian restaurant in NJ with reasonable price and good ambience.

Had the best time eating out in a long time. Enjoyed the large spread. We were a table of 15 on a busy Saturday, but our party was handled extremely well

Though there was a little wait on the food, but it was surely worth it. The staff was extremely welcoming and made great recommendations. We loved the north Indian and sizzles. Other things to try are the Methi gots and the desserts. We carried out pavbhaji for my brother and that was fantastic too.
This was our first time at Vatan and will surely come back again for more.

Loved everything we ordered. Fantastic chaat, info Chinese and sizzlers. The pain poori shots were awesome! The service and quantity was great. We had a lot of take home containers! We will need to be back! It was clean very well set up.

The jalapeno and cheese puff tasted amazing and is a must try. We also tried the pani puri whose presentation was as beautiful as it was tasty. There were several choices for the pani, giving a unique flavor with each puri.

For main course we had garlic naan with spicy khoya kaju and cheese butter masala. They were uniquely prepared such that you could really taste the difference between the two dishes. Mango lassi paired nicely with these spicy dishes.

Service was also as great as the food.

We have been coming to Vatan for about 5 months now and it has always impressed! The food is delicious, the service speedy, and the staff incredibly friendly. Their menu is extensive and it seems like there’s really something for everyone. On our most recent visit we ordered the chaat thali, methi gota (not pictured), rotla shaak with undhiyu, and poori shaak with turiya patra. It was all great but the two must try’s on the menu are the bhel and undhiyu. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

Great food and amazing service. The staff were very friendly and responsive (especially Shawn and Ankit). Wide variety of food options along with great quality and taste. I'm from mumbai and used to miss the mumbai Chinese taste but this restaurant serves the closest indo-chinese food. All in all definitely one of the finest pure vegetarian restaurant in NJ and no. 1 for us in East Windsor.

Shawn and Ankit always take care of their customer no matter how busy they are and ensures customer will have an amazing experience.

We found Vatan on our way to the Robbinsville temple. This was my first time and it was a complete pleasure. The restaurant was fully booked since it was a Sunday but they did manage to seat us after a 10 min wait. The staff was extremely courteous and made personal recommendations.
Between my mom and I, we ordered a lemon coriander soup, a cheese chili grilled toast, paneer bhurji and some naan. Though the wait was a little longer, the food was delicious. I especially loved the Sandwich and the curries and will be back to sample more.
On our way out we had the paan which was just a perfect way to end our meal!

Exciting dishes! The taste is amazing with a wide variety of indo fusion as well as traditional Indian veg dishes to choose from. The atmosphere is really nice too with games and decorations for customers to enjoy while they wait.

The service was amazing! We were welcomed in with a smile and were seated right away. The staff took a personal interest in helping us navigate through the menu and made excellent recommendations. The food was extremely delicious. The triple schezwan fried rice, Chinese sizzler and sandwiches are comparable if not better than what you can get on the streets of Mumbai! Will definitely be coming back to try more of the Gujarati items on the menu next!

Coming to Vatan after a year or so and pleasantly surprised with the change on menu which is extensive. Everything we ordered today was delicious albeit it took a while for the food to be delivered. As they say good things come ton people who wait the food was no doubt top notch and fresh. Will visit again.

Best Indian restaurant in the area. We have been going to Vatan Jersey City location and happy to have a closer location in our area. The food here is always fresh and great flavored. Food tests like how it was meant to be back home!

We have been going to Vatan East Windsor regularly and during special occasions and the food is consistent. Ankit-bhai has a smile and the staff is welcoming. The Gujarati, Indo-Chinese, and Thalis are a must.

First time at this restaurant in highly impressed. The restaurant is extremely clean and up-to-date, and very open and bright. The staff is extremely pleasant and greet you as soon as you come in. The waiter was more than helpful when ordering it and asked for desired spice level rather than just assuming that we would want it either very bland or very hot.

The paneer 65 had a very deep flavor that had a slight smokiness to it that added to the enjoyment but did not overpower the dish. Our main course is included the Panera masala and a kati roll which were exceptionally flavorful. The kati roll had a southern Indian flaky pastry roll rather than the more traditional Northern Indian role. This added to the enjoyment.

The menu is extremely varied and offers many choices from different regions. At first, it seems a little overwhelming. For this, our first visit, we chose a little something from each section. For that, we did not regret our choices. We will be returning and sampling more of the menu in the near future. We also noticed that they have catering available. Perhaps for our next party........

One of the nice Gujarati restaurant which makes very good indo-Chinese food . We take the Chinese food and add all the Indian masala to make it yummy :)
They also have a small play kitchen for the kids which will keep them busy

Get a takeout and they give the food in a beautiful bag which is reusable

We go to Vatan every few months and love the food. We always order the Paneer Chilli and Modi sandwich. Food taste has been very consistent. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Amazing gujarati food, with really thoughtful and friendly service. Get the bhel (comes with pomegranate seeds!) and the rotli shaak with undhiyu - you won't regret it.

First time in Vatan after visiting Akshardham Robbinsville temple. Our visit was with family and friends.This was my first time and it was a complete pleasure.The staff was extremely courteous and most of the menu items are available for Swāminārāyan and Jain which are the best in this area. Though the wait was a little longer, the food, I will strongly recommend this to anyone.

We were a group of 11 people including family and friends.

Food that we ordered was Lemon & Coriander Soup, Manchow Soup, Vadapav, Dahi Puri, Okra Tempura, Chaat Thali, Paan Mojito, Szechwan Fried Rice, Tandoori Paneer Pizza, Chilli Garlic Naan, Paneer Kadhai, Baingan Bharta and Dal fry/ Jeera Rice.

Everything was very nice and tasty! The Chaat and soup were really good especially in this winter.

Must try this Restaurant with so much varieties.
