We just had new gutters installed by Brincks. The sales person was knowledgeable and responded quickly to all our questions. The installers were professional and took the time to walk me around the house before they left to ensure I was completely happy with their work. They even said quite a few times if I have any issues to give them a call and they will come back and ensure everything is to my satisfaction. I can't say I have heard that too many times before. I would use this company again without a doubt.

I called Brincks, in Black Creek, on Monday morning with a mechanical problem with our window. Their receptionist was friendly and assured me that someone would call me back. An immediate call back and an appt was set up for the Next Day! So this morning, Tuesday, Scott arrived, on time, fixed the problem immediately and was so friendly. It was another great experience working with this company. I appreciate your professionalism and your prompt response.

We hired Brincks Exteriors to replace our roof in July 2020. The salesman was knowledgeable and honest. We liked the product he showed us. The price was quoted quickly and was reasonable. An owner of the company stopped by the morning of the install to explain the process. The crew was very polite and worked extremely hard. They finished in one day and did a marvelous job cleaning up. We would recommend this company.

Our home was damaged in a storm last year, as a result, we needed to replace the siding on our home. Scott with Brincks was fabulous to work with. He was able to provide an accurate estimate, great communication throughout the project, and even worked with us on some aesthetic changes with new shutters. The Installers were very meticulous, polite and clean, not a bit of debris left in the landscaping. Our house looks great!!! I would definitely use Brincks again!

I can't speak for their physical work, but Mike took the time to refer me to some of his friends to help with my siding project when he was booked through next spring. He even reached out to his LP Smartside rep to see if they knew anybody else. It is uncommon to see people take that level of extra effort and I can say it definitely stood out. With any luck I'll have this knocked out soon, thanks Mike.

Had brincks do injection foam on my 1950's home and really made a difference. They got it done in two days and communicated throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone.

I’ve had them install two roofs now. Both experiences turned out great. Competitively priced and clean site when finished.

If you would like to be completely dismissed by a salesman, work with Scott. I was continuously brushed off when I asked questions regarding specific components of the job with a, "Yeah, yeah, we'll do that." response. He never remembered my name but always communicated with my husband by name. I am extremely disappointed in myself for not being more diligent with the specifics of the contract and yet I feel that when a salesman says, "We'll take care of that." you should be able to trust that they will actually take care of it and not lie about what was promised to be done. Look elsewhere.

The sales team for this company is unprofessional, evasive, and dishonest. Throughout the project, details were missed. The response from Brincks was argumentative and exasperatingly difficult. No follow up whatsoever. All follow up had to be done by me. I would advise against using this company.

They replaced my windows. the windows don’t fit right so they globed silicone in the corners or my trim on the outside. On the inside they used a silicone that is milky .All of my wood frames they drilled holes wrong which shows, It took them months to finally get back to me about my kitchen window not locking. He can and fixed that . While he was there he took picture of the unsatisfactory job and said he would be in touch. Never heard back. Today I was putting up new curtains and the entire wood frame actually fell off. I would not recommend this company . Once they get their money they are done with you.

Had them do all new siding, windows, fascia, soffit. They had horrible communication, very poor quality work, and dragged the time-line out extremely long. I regret using them, and would not recommend them to anyone.
