Brian at Factory Auto Body is awesome; he is such a nice guy. I had an accident in July and my car was totaled. I went to the tow yard the next day to collect all my items and Brian let me take as long as I want gathering stuff from my car and to take pictures. He also let me know that insurance was going to try to give me a lowball offer on my car and to call him if I needed any help. Fast forward a few weeks later and this is exactly what happened. I called up Brian and without hesitation he was on the phone with my insurance and was able to sort everything out. Brian is very honest and always makes sure his customers are happy and treated fairly. He went the extra mile to make sure insurance didn’t screw me over. I highly recommend his service. I was towed by Factory Auto Body on September 28, 2022 after my son had an accident. I would have to say, it was the quickest tow response time I have ever experienced.
Brian the owner of Factory Auto Body answered everyone of my phone calls. He was very informative and explained the auto insurance process. He actually got on the phone and basically handled the insurance claim. My vehicle was eventually declared a total loss by the auto insurance.
Initially I was going to have my vehicle towed to another auto body shop but I am very happy I used Brian instead.
I believe he is Honest, Knowledgeable and most of all a Professional. It is very rare to have an owner of a business communicate with customers the way he does. I would definitely refer Brian to family and friends.

My husband was in a car accident this past Monday the 31st, Halloween and Brian from the Factory Auto Body came to tow his truck away. I called from the hospital to get information and Brian the owner was very informative and professional. He advised us not to worry and too take our time the car was locked and secured. Brian helped us with the insurance adjuster he handle all the calls with them and with us. I even texted him to get some more information and he answered every call and every text. Brian's customer service was far reaching and excellent. My car was totaled in an accident. My car insurance company made unrealistic demands on Brian and me. While juggling many demands Brian made the time to negotiate with the insurance company and keep me informed, sometimes calling me after hours. In a world where customer service is disappearing, Brian provides excellent customer service because he has the skills and he cares! Call Brian when your car needs any kind of service!

Brian the owner is a very honest guy. I got an estimate elsewhere for a rear hatch dent on my car. The first place wanted me to replace the whole door and charge me a lot of money. Brian did a fantastic job and saved me over $1500 because he actually repaired the door and didn't try and just give me a new one. I HIGHLY recommend him.

BTW his paint jobs are spotless, and body work cant be beat!

From the moment I got into an accident Brian‘s place was called into the scene to pick up my car, and from there on Brian was nothing less but a god sent, he had told me so much and help me so much that at times it seems to good to be true, and I’d say oh let’s see what’s the catch, but nothing Brian was amazing and he fully gained my trust I will trust that man with anything, whoever is gone be in a need of anything that Brian does I’ll be sending them his way, again thank you so much Brian I truly appreciate it.

Brian was the most helpful auto body technician ive ever met, he is such a sweetheart and helped my family out so much when it came to fighting with our insurance company to get us what money we deserved, best service ever and we will definitely be recommending to family and friends!!

Took my vehicle for frame repair and he will not return the vehicle to me after we decided against having the work done. Be very careful leaving your vehicle on site. I have gone to the shop to get my vehicle back and he won't even produce it.
