Moby's Lobster Deck

After a beach day Moby's is a must. I recommend the Sea Dog, with an ice cold beer. They do have a wide variety of beer and a great seafood menu. The food comes out quickly and the staff is very friendly. They'll answer all your questions. Anytime I've gone there was a nice breeze flowing through the deck/dining area, which is nice on a hot day. Stop in, I recommend it, there's an ice cream shop attached and the restrooms are close to the entrance on the street.

The best spot to eat seafood or burgers in front of the sea after a beach day. The restaurant has a nice view and offers variety.

I love how you have the ability to sit near the water and feel the breeze as you eat your food. I have been going to Moby’s Lobster Deck since I was born and I have now realized that I never wrote a review about it. Usually when I go I have their Fish because its so amazing but this time I decided to try their Burger. It was really good for a fish place. I really recommend coming to Moby’s Lobster Deck. Trust me you wont regret buying your food there. Definitely try the fish, it’s amazing.

We had the cod sandwich’s with fries , cold slaw and an ear of corn . The sandwich is a huge piece of fish . I feel it’s a bargain at $11.00’. Definitely get a side of fries . We loved it so much we came back and brought the kids ! They loved the French fries and the view of the water . The service is terrific , friendly and fast .

The ice cream is creamy and lots of terrific flavors are available. I had camp fire S mores
. They have a frozen chocolate banana that I will have to try . Next time for sure .

Ordering and picking up at the window, sitting is on picnic tables on the deck. Simple but great food. Had clam chowder and steamers. Delicious!

I've been here several times and try to take someone new with me when I go! I love the beach-side atmosphere. It's the perfect way to end a beautiful afternoon on the shore! One of my favorite items on the menu is the Seadog! I'm struggling with gluten these days, so I decided to order the fried cod fillet. I kind of thought it would come with fries or SOMETHING. Nope. Apparently, it was just a plate with a piece of fish on it? So, next time I'll just get my Seadog and throw out the bun? I ordered a side of fries in the end, but it seemed odd to me there would be nothing with it. Apart from that single bit of confusion, I have loved eating here.

Love the raw bar and upper deck seating! What a great view of the water. The food is fresh and cooked and/or shucked well! Cute ice cream window out front for delicious dessert, a definite hit when it's hot out!! Grab a lobster roll, dive into some raw oysters and peel your own shrimp or just enjoy the view with a nice frozen margarita. If your coming to Highlands, then swing on by!

Really nice day to sit outside and eat a wonderful meal. The steamers were perfect, and the clam chowder was great. We both had the soft shell crab sandwich, which was delicious.

Outdoor seating with shade. Nice view by the water. Scallop, clam strips and soft shell crab is a must try. The lobster roll and crab cake was just okay, I would skip that.

The prices are astronomical and hard to justify, but once a year I will come down and enjoy the deck at night, look out onto the city lights, and on a summer night every thing feels alright. There's ive cream, too. I haven't been here in some time and was surprised to find a giant Bavarian pretzel on the menu. All in all the food is good, there is a raw bar, the portions are average, but the prices are high. Still worth a visit.

Friendly service and the food was delicious. My family had the lobster roll, crab cake sandwhich, cheeseburger and fries. The lobster roll was very filling and one of the best I've had in a while! I look forward to going back!

Over the past 18 years this place has been a staple for my wife and I to go to for the best fresh clams on the half shell, hands down. As a Jersey boy I've always grew up with Aunts and Uncles and my parents taking us to the Jersey Shores and enjoying the best seafood New Jersey has to offer. Just the other day my wife and I got to meet and chat with the owner of this fine and historic establishment, Todd Barry. He was very kind and professional and we were very pleased with out chat. I love this outdoor seaside seafood restaurant! Casual self serve fresh seafood, frozen drinks and ice cream! I’ve been here many times after a day at the beach and it’s my favorite place for delicious fish, lobster, scallops and soft shell crabs. Good prices. Can’t wait to go back.

One of the best casual seafood joints on the Jersey shore. Love their lobster roll and soft shell crab sandwich. Get the Mango Moby—a frozen mango slush cocktail—on a hot day; you won't be disappointed!

They have a nice selection and great food and scenic views on the deck. The ice cream is truly a nice happy ending.
