Clean facility with friendly and helpful staff. Hustle and bustle patients streaming in and out of this place unless if you're early and beat all the traffic- usually a good sign: it means this clinic is active. The atmosphere is clean and professional. The Imaging Technician, Jayna (sorry for the wrong spelling) I worked with is AWESOME! Very personable and genuine. The parking is good, and valet is available.
I highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Great facility. All inclusive services. Very helpful and professional people through out the complex.
I love that you can go to one place for your doctor and he/she has assess to all the testing services needed within the building. No running to one hospital for a test and then to another a second test.
They take blood tests right in the exam room and have the results back to the doc by the end of your exam so the doc has a full picture of what is going on right then. No running back and forth waiting for test results.

I had an appointment for the first time with New Dermatology Group located @Encircle in Appleton. I was greeted very nicely by the receptionist. An LPN called me in the office, greeted me, & said his name as well. I was not seen by the Dr but by a PA, Meghan. She was friendly, professional, & explained everything. There was a biopsy done. The office room was clean. The PA said she would call with the results of the biopsy which she did. It was a good first time experience for me.

Nice facilities. Service good up front. Nurses and physician assistant were nice. If you have to use urgent care go on a Friday afternoon in the summer when there is no wait. Funny how no one needs much urgently care when it’s the weekend and it’s sunny and 80 degrees. So if you need care make the call to get injured or sick on a Friday in the summer. As far as those reviews bitching about not seeing an actual doctor, the physician assistant is very qualified and has many years of medical school training to see you, diagnose you. They just don’t have the Dr. in front of their names.

Newer facility.

Always an agonizingly long wait just for a doctors visit.. starting to wonder if having such a large facility in one wasn’t a good idea.

Poor. Rude nurses, rude PA. 20 yrs ago it was an ok doctor's office. Now I never want to go back there

Lack of care or humility. Made me feel like I was just a number. Never brought up my mental health from their lengthy questionnaire cause I didn't know how to bring up I need help cause I was embarrassed. No one told me to fast for my blood work and i have to go back after waiting a month to get in. Never going back.

Terrible follow through and total lack of care. I was suppose to receive a MRI for pain I've been treated for, but ThedaCare didn't send any information to my insurance with the order. Nothing on the treatments given, when they pain started, etc. Insurance sent them a letter asking for documentation or my MRI would be denied. I was sent a copy. Theda Care didn't respond. Total negligence. I switched to a different PA. She did a call with me, and my insurance, but then never followed up when an appeal was needed. I'm completely shocked at the lack of care. I'm not sure if they're understaffed, or what the problem is. If you have any sort of pain, I'd highly recommend looking else where.

Lack internal communication. Top leadership is not in touch with humanity or reality. All results in sub par patient care and reflect mass exodus to other clinics.
