Really great customs service.they took care of my shipment and and amazone returns aswell.the store is very clean and hygienic and they gave my daughter a Candy aswell so brownie points for that to them.

This UPS store in Somerset, NJ is owned by the same family for the past 20 years. The son, Jay, is now manager of the store. Mail is often-times highly personal and private. The relationship with this local business is beyond transactional. I feel I have gained a trusted partner. Often times I get a phone call or an email giving me a heads-up on a sensitive piece of mail has finally arrived.

Recently I had an issue which required assistance in sending and receiving a special shipment and Jay the Store Manager contacted another UPS store on my behalf to make sure the item was handled properly. He went above and beyond. And then when a further issue arose with the package, he personally got involved with the tracking and location of it, then contacted me with the status.

I want to recognize Jay and this 20+ year exceptional local business. I recommend it highly and wish you too can find in them a trusted partner as I have.
