I've been coming to this post office for years. I always enjoy the service and the front desk team. They always answer your questions and share helpful things to note when you have a package. It's definitely a small town warm service everytime I go

I love them there, they're always smiling and nice and helpful.. they would give you all the advice you need and inform you with anything to learn and help you get the best ... they're really deserve 5 stars

I went here specifically because it had good reviews (which is unusual for a post office). I’m so glad I did because the staff was really kind and helpful!

I’ve been wanting to make an excellent review on this business of Raritan since I got in contact with it discovering it was close to my job for my business and packages since 2020! Although I’ve of course haven’t been to EVERY USPS NJ but I would say this is the best one in NJ. Yes, Bound Brook does my services just as well and other than my deplorable experience with the one in Middlesex, this place makes you feel right at home and all the employees service and attitude is accessible and friendly! :-D! So unbelievable that everyone is nice and patient there including the postmaster of the building as well and really know how to professional deal with difficult and irate customers in addition, especially was totally impressed when Christmas season was hectic. They have taught me a lot of new things when it comes to doing my packages as well as know how to put on a chill conversation despite me being introvert! Really refreshing every time I come here and wish they were closer to home!

The Raritan post office is the best. Went for passports and Cindy was so helpful. The process was done quickly and efficiently. I have always had a great experience with any postal needs here. Thank you Cindy for making this so easy!!

The customer service I received was very pleasant. There was a middle-aged male who helped me. His name might be Ken, who has the gift of making people smile. I was ordering a passport after losing my old one, and he went the extra mile to make sure I had everything done correctly. He also gave me an estimate of when I should expect my passport and I received it in just 3 weeks using expedited service! Thank you for your service!

Great post office! Helped me with my passport application, made sure I had everything filled out correctly and had all the necessary items to renew, and also gave me estimated time on when I should receive my passport. Highly recommend.

I had a very nice experience with this post office the people working there are super polite and very informative today was my second time visiting them the first time a lady helped me a couple of months ago and today was a guy same experience THANK YOU! they deserve a 10 star my post office in Middlesex has nothing but bad end bad reviews employees fighting with the costumers, l rather drive to Raritan where there is no drama. Excellent costumer service l definitely recommend this place 👌.

A letter I sent went undelivered-awful! But I called this post office and Cindy, the postmaster general answered and was SO helpful. She took it and delivered it especially for us and I am so grateful. She is literally a shining example of the ideal customer service representative. Bless her heart! Thank you for being so awesome.

Ken is one of the most awesome people I've seen. He was patient, knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to know. He made the entire process of the passport applications easy

This was my first time in this post office and Mr. Ken was amazing. Super nice and very helpful. I had to go there 4 times today for something and I had a very pleasant experience. Thank you Raritan Post office.. you guys are the best !!!

My preferred post office. The staff members all have years/ decades of experience. Always professional and nice when I come in.

I live by Train Station In Raritan, NJ... Railroad Ave. Literally across from station. My mail lady in which I am.not good with names..but anyone would.know her.. she is probably one of few colored carriers in area. She is so nice and on point. I say colored, though so am I just Im brown as in hispanic. Either way its just to narrow who this review is for. She knows me , simply as Jose. I own a Vape Shop in Bound Brook, NJ.
She goes the extra mile, and everytime she leaves a mailbox..her character of joy and happiness is left with each and every person she encounters. The best by far. She spends time to talk to people..yet her time.is limited as she delivers mail..but great communication skills..and customer service skills.

Old-school and ethical with friendly folks behind the counter and on the street, out delivering your mail. I grew up with home delivery in suburban Chicagoland and in Arizona where I have lived for 45 years, in a rural southeastern town, we do not have door-to-door delivery.
The Raritan PO is just great.

Cindy at the Raritan location is amazing!! She went above and beyond the call of duty and track down a package over a week later and delivered it in person. Unbelievable service. Can't thank her enough.

Today was my first time at the Raritan PO. Very nice lady who was efficient and friendly helped me. Very happy. Now I don't need to drive to Kingston or Princeton!!

Shockingly good post office location, the only tiny complaint would be parking, but great location, super friendly and helpful staff. Ended up driving here following a horrible time at a UPS store trying to overnight something, night and day. This USPS location was a million times better.
