Abitz Water Services

I contacted Abitz on Saturday as I woke up with no water. I thought my well pump had broken. I called Abitz very early and Troy was on call. He assured me he could come out right away. He was in my driveway super quickly and was able to diagnose the problem as a break in the electrical line about 100 feet down the well. It was awesome service. I can't recommend this company highly enough!!!

Both of the technicians immediately identified the source of the issue I had and corrected it with a more robust solution.

Not only did Troy and Treavor make the repair/correction, I mentioned another issue I was having. Once again, immediately diagnosing the issue, they replaced a check valve which had failed.

We had a sump pump go bad and ended up with 4 inches of water covering our basement. Called Abitz and they had someone out within the hour to replace it. 10000/10 would recommend and use again.

My well water went out on a Monday morning. After realizing I couldn't fix myself, I called Abitz. Why? Because by word of mouth I was told they were great and google reviews had 5 stars. When I called I was told all of the service techs were out and busy that they would call me. No problem. About a half hour later I was called and the guy asked if a half hour would be ok. The guy showed up before that and the service was impeccable. When I was talking with the guy fixing my pump controller, I learned he wasn't even a tech. HE WAS THE SHOP MANAGER!!! He knew all his techs were busy so he offered to come out and help me. All I can say is WOW that's customer service. I'm a customer for life now. Thank you Abitz for being a great company.

These guys know what they are doing. They are professional and courteous. I'm never without water for very long after I call them. Kenny is a man of his word, and he believes in a level of customer service that is unheard of this day in age. I highly recommend calling them for any water issues.

I had some work done to a well line a couple months ago where they gave me a quote and had a decent price so I went with them.

However when I asked for the quote I would expect the job to be either completed or to inform me that their quote wasn’t for 100% of the job. They gave me an itemized quote but obviously I can’t know every in and out of every job despite being pretty handy.

They only did about 60% of the cost of the job and never once mentioned that I would need more work done. Obviously very easy to quote under competitors when you do work like this.

I felt this was a very dishonest business practice but they did repair my emergent issue so I’m giving them 2 stars.

If you’re going to risk it and get work done from them MAKE SURE YOU ASK IF THEY ARE DOING 100% OF THE JOB or if you’ll need more work to complete it.

Appealed for two days for help scheduling well chlorination. Wouldn’t even return call. Can not recommend.
