UHS Primary Care - Deposit

We are fortunate to have Deposit Primary Care in our area. The entire staff – doctors, PAs, NPs, RNs, administrative assistants - is all five-star.

We always feel heard and we are always helped in one way or another. If the staff at the Deposit practice cannot help, we are directed to someone who can answer our questions and ease our worries.

When an issue arises, we can get an appointment the same or next-day. And messaging through MyChart gets a nearly-immediate response.

I love my provider (Lacey Diemer, NP) and the office staff is nice. Had some billing issues, but Nello resolved them. 5 stars for him.

On Sunday morning, I had a painful bite and red circular rash, which looked to me like a tick bite. When the clinic opened on Monday, I called for a same-day appointment, which I received with no problem. I saw the physician, who was very attentive to my story, and who prescribed Doxycycline. The clinic also gave me a test for Lyme disease, which was negative. The rash has receded and I will follow up. Excellent care, excellent results.

Was seen virtually after hospital stay by Karen Trimball, she was very informative and helped me understand some of my results from my chart.

Dr. Giannone has been my primary care physician for over well let’s just say decades. He has always listened to me and referred me to the right specialist at the right time. He even got me into John Hopkins to have my disease confirmed. The office staff and nurses know me well enough that if I call and need to see Dr. Giannone they get me right in. I dread the day Dr. Giannone retires. Deposit Family Care is an excellent example of healthcare as it should be.

Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. They had genuine concerns about my health that made me feel comfortable.
