The Relief Pitcher

Went to the Relief Pitcher for the first time tonight 11/7/23. I truly wish I found this place sooner. Fun sports bar atmosphere, very large bar and restaurant area. The bartender Cara and all the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Drinks were very good and the food was amazing. Burgers were cooked perfect medium and the wings were spectacular. Extra crispy and the sauce had just the right amount of heat. I really wish I had come here sooner. Will definitely be back on a regular basis. Highly recommend.

I went with my friend this last Monday to watch the Iowa versus LSU women’s Elite 8 NCAA basketball game, and we both had never been there before.
I was pleased from the google pictures of food, and thinking we could catch the game, we went in.
There were plenty of tv’s streaming not just that game, but others.
We were able to get a spot right in front of the bar, and watch the full game with other patrons.
The bartender was nice, and we got ciders.
Before long, the chicken spiedie pizza was calling, and curious, I ordered it. I am new to the area and have yet to try a traditional spiedie sandwich, so this was my first chance trying spiedie in general.
The pizza was phenomenal, we ordered it with the garlic white sauce, and it paired beautifully with the marinated chicken spiedie chunks.
The dough was perfect as well
by being soft and strong, a good bar pizza, and novel concept for the spiedie.
Definitely plan on returning to catch other March Madness games and try out other pizzas.

We stopped by the Relief Pitcher to listen to a local band. This visit was on a Saturday night between 9-11pm, the bar was not very busy.

We sat at the bar and ordered a couple burgers and drinks. The staff were attentive and quick to respond to requests. The wait between ordering our drinks and food and receiving each item was short (about 10 minutes for the burgers), as was expected on a slow evening. The burgers were a bit on the greasy side, but I was very happy to see that the meat was cooked to order, well seasoned, and portioned correctly, not too much or too little meat and it wasn't bland and tasteless, an issue I have had with the last couple burgers I have ordered from other establishments.

Overall our experience at the Relief Pitcher was a positive one. I will be sure to come back and I am glad to see another establishment that knows how to make a decent cheeseburger!

Burgers and wings are very good. My daughter tried the Buffalo chicken dip and that’s her new favorite. Waiter was attentive and prompt. Overall a great place to hang out and watch a game.

We came in on Saturday night to rent out the new golf simulator for a couple of hours and to grab some food and drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed the simulator and the newly themed area that has a cool lounge feel. The price for the simulator and the drink special was very reasonable and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend trying the simulator. The food was great too as always. Special thanks to the owner who was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great evening.

We had a celebration of life here for my son and I can't say enough about Tabatha and her staff.The food was excellent and everyone was very attentive to our needs.
Would definitely recommend.

Wings were great, pizza was very good. Attended an event in the lower room. Overall good experience will definitely return here.

Food was delicious! Olivia was our waitress and she was absolutely phenomenal, incredibly attentive and personable!

My family & I have been coming here for years, and we just absolutely love it. The new owner has made some great changes to the menu, as well as opening up a whole new section of the restaurant. It's perfect to come in and watch the game or hold private events. The menu has recently been completed revamped and it does not disappoint. If you stop by on the weekend the must have is the new "Hangover Burger" which I included a picture of! The atmosphere and service is always excellent, and the food and drinks speak for themselves. Truly a great place!

My sisters and I had a funeral luncheon after our Dad's passing at the Relief Pitcher. It was outstanding! We had a similar luncheon a few years ago when our Mom passed away and everything was fantastic! We have been coming here for years! The food, cocktails and service never disappoint. Thanks Relief Pitcher!!

My favorite local bar to visit when I'm in town!! Great wings and sandwich's. Can't go wrong on any of their menu items. Love listening to local bands here while catching up with friends and family!!

Nice outside area. A bar so it is loud. People seemed to enjoy it. It was very hard to have a conversation. Did not get food,was with a reunion group

Fantastic taco salad
So I already reviewed this place a year ago for their wonderful taco salad so it wouldn't let me make a separate review but I did want to add a comment based on a recent experience. I had a small inconvenience there while at dinner that the owner knew nothing about as she was not there. When she learned about my situation she was so professional and accommodating that she turned my small issue into a very positive experience by being an active and caring owner. This is the difference between supporting local instead of corporate. Great experience will be back soon!

A Binghamton tradition. Good food, good service, a place of welcome.

The waiters take orders at tables with out writing them down. Food is good bar food and not a long wait for service. Lots of TV viewing for sports.

This is the first review I've written, and the food quality prompted me to actually go back and write one. I ordered the BBQ Bacon Cheese Burger, Medium Rare, with Fries. The temp was closer to medium than medium rare, but that's nitpicking. The flavor was fantastic. Fries were hot, and cooked thoroughly. The waitress had said they had made some changes with staffing in the kitchen, so if you've been here before, it's definitely worth the go again. 10/10 would eat here again, and the price was great for the quality and quantity.

2pm on Friday is the sweet spot. Lunch was fantastic and service was attentive! BBQ beef sandwich, NE clam chowder, and antipasto tossed salad. NICE

The food is always great and consistent. Great wings! Service is also great. Covid protocols are in place. Masks are worn by all employees and they're spraying and wiping down tables after every party leaves. It would be nice to see a wider variety of craft beer though.

I went to the relief pitcher to pickup a takeout order. It was the first time I'd been there, for takeout or anything else. The atmosphere was awesome and made me wish my wife and I had planned to go there for Monday Night Football instead getting takeout to watch at home. The wings were great, the staff was super friendly, and the entire place was super clean with a relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely be going back, and if you haven't been there yet, you don't know what you're missing. Keep up the great work!!
