Sun River Health Family Partnership

This place was one of the few options available for getting STD tested during the pandemic (even Planned Parenthood isn't testing right now) and I'm glad it's where I ended up going. The receptionist, Lisa, was incredibly friendly and inviting. The medical staff were kind and compassionate. Even the janitor who helped me find my way out was remarkably nice. It isn't every day that you go somewhere and literally every employee you encounter is lovely.

Based on my experience I'd highly recommend Sun River Health. These people deserve accolades for working during the pandemic, continuing to offer services to the community that are so necessary but easily overlooked during these times.

I'm hoping to meet with you guys

The people there and the atmosphere, plus there is alot of services that if utilized it can be used for the better 9f the community and the individual that ised the services

I called 2 weeks ago to reschedule appointments not only was I told that I had to wait for a call back it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't been called back. Because of personal reasons I haven't been able to make it to the office to reschedule my appointments but I'm five and a half months pregnant there's no reason why they never called me back to reschedule

Had an appointment at 515 its 603 n still hasn't been seen yet. .its been like this 6 months 6 months I've been a patient here and iv waited over 40 mins after every scheduled appointment , these Ppl are never ready for there patient visits and the excuses the give u for there mess up are embarrassing. I'm looking for a different facility . .... They Dont care if u have things to do
.or if you moved ya whole life to get to the doctors ,
you'll b in the waiting room turning Grey

I understand about the covid-19 but to contact someone is ridiculous.
