Jordan and Jordan, and their manager took their time and explained everything to us, as we were upgrading our phones. They did not rush us, and really had excellent customer service skills. First store I've been to, that didn't rush us, or pawn us off to go on line and get better deals. Really amazed at this group at this specific store. I won't go anywhere else and will recommend this location to anyone and everyone.

Service was fantastic. The reps were awesome helpful and took there time with us. No rushing and never feeling like we were annoying them with all our questions.

The Verizon Store @Victra Auburn Fingerlakes location is absolutely amazing. This is one of 2 locations I’ve been to which take the time to help their customers from the time they walk in to the time they walk out. You’re greeted as soon as you walk through the doors. Not once have I been rushed through a purchase. Not once have they sold me something I didn’t think was suitable for myself or family. They are are ALWAYS extremely knowledgeable. Most of the time, I think I’m going in for browsing purposes but end up leaving with newer or upgraded merchandise and rather satisfied with my purchases. Thank you all. This particular location is always fitted with the best staff and honestly, that means a lot. Ladies, you were great today and my family and I appreciate that.

My wife and I went in for new phones after our last visit to this store five years ago. The sales representative Jordan was very helpful and patient while helping us decide on phones and plans. I'd highly recommend this location over the Grant Avenue one.

Kiki was knowledgeable and explained all options for upgrading 2 of our phones/she upgraded one of our phones in an efficient manner and made arrangements for a second phone delivery in 2 to 3 days/my wife and i were completely satisfied with our options and the manner in which Kiki addressed our issues

Mike and his team were amazing! Even on his day off, mike got on FaceTime and helped us out getting my new phone set up. I went back in to get a case and screen protector and he put it on my phone, ready to go in about 3 minutes. After dealing with Verizon for over 10 years with a lot of poor customer service, I can 100% recommend Mike and his team for all your phone needs. I cannot say enough about how friendly and professional they all were. Keep up the good work!!

Jordan, Anna , and Kiki were such a help with all of our customer service related needs. Friendly, willing to listen and be of any help possible. 5 stars across the board. Wouldn’t visit any other Verizon dealers. This is your go too!!

The store manager Mike always goes above and beyond all his customers, even on his days off he still helps out if one of his team members can’t figure out the problem! But they always do their best work for everyone!

Great experience with Delaing with Mike who is the store manager. He was called and came in on his day off to help set up a business account. After spending 6 hours on the phone yesterday and getting absolutely no where, he did it in less then an hour!! Amazing to work with he went above and beyond getting the job done. Thanks again!!

What an amazing customer service experience ; I’ve been with Verizon 10+ Year’s and never been treated as well as Corey and Mike treated me this week!
I went in originally to upgrade my phone ; the upgrade and phone back up was a bit challenging even for Corey who really knows what he is doing . Corey went above and beyond to make sure the 3000+ pictures I had on my last device weren’t lost (holding onto my old phone for 3 day’s before factory resetting) and even reached out to me on my home number to be sure I had received my images!
I was unhappy with the device I chose so I went back and was assisted by the store manager mike; he was amazing in helping me find a phone we thought would fit my needs and never tried to upsell me or rush me out the door!
After a few days with the second phone I realized I was in over my head with technology and again returned to the store ; Again Mike was super helpful to get me back on track , Never made me feel guilty for wasting his time switching phones ...again; And was an absolute pleasure to work with !!
