Needed a headlight replaced and the dealer didn’t have the part. Went to Walmart and they saved me $100!! Found a work around to make sure I could still get it fixed even though normally they would’ve had to take the bumper off.

Had 4 tires put on. So far all is well. Went back for the 50 mile retorque of the lug nuts at about 150 miles and they were good with that. Customer service was very good and quick.

Every time you go to Walmart auto you get different staff. Today I had great staff, quick and pleasant. I do not say every visit will be this good.

Needed new tires for my car, they gave me enough choices to get good tires at a good price.

Tires were a great deal. However, do not even bother getting the guarantee. They do not honor it or even allow you to make an appointment for a tire repair. I had to pay another garage when I shouldn't of had to pay at all.

I got what I paid for but the front desk associate was being very difficult. Claiming that they were not going to put on my tires because of a bit of surface rust on the under carriage. It's upstate New York of course its going to be rusty. The technicians were excellent at their job and recommended to look at the front end for wheel bearing replacement.

Used to work here, they tend to balance tires using an old method that isn't correctly balancing tires. Other then that usually long wait times because Walmart never staffs enough people for the department.
