My partner requires a wheelchair. I called and was told they were right in front which was great. I pulled up and retrieved the chair. As I was helping her get into the chair, a smiling face was there to great us. Cornelius watched her while I parked. We explained to him what we were looking for and found exactly what we wanted. WGR will continue to be my first stop when purchasing furniture. The store is beautiful, very easy purchase process and excellent customer service. Well Done!!

Our experience with our salesman Tom T. was the reason we bought from WG&R. He made the entire experience from start to finish really easy! We appreciate everything he was able to do for us.

The sales associate that I had, Nick, was so nice to work with. He made shopping very easy and fun. He was able show me everything that I needed for my upcoming projects. I definitely will be back, and will be excited to work with him again. Also he's easy on the eyes too.

I gave the 5-star because of the experience after you leave the store. It was a really god experience at the store getting our furniture but of course they want to make a sale. However, the store was more about getting you what you wanted in your price range. The sale representatives were very attentive, but they didn't hover. I was left to try out all the things on my own with any questions being answered. The after care is remarkable. I do have their warranty, and the technicians are the reason for this review. The technicians are very professional, and they do understand what is covered under warranty or not. It's always been super truthful and are willing to at least help to try to resolve the problem. I have and will continue to recommend WG&R to my friends. I absolutely love my giant couch.

Went in to WG & R in Appleton to browse for a mattress. I was immediately greeted by a salesman, and he was very gracious when I said I just wanted to look. As he noticed me "trying out" beds, he came up and asked what size I was looking for. We got to talking and he showed me a few options, explaining the differences. When I settled on the one, it took less than 5 minutes to check out, schedule delivery, and get out of the store.
On delivery day, it was delivered as promised in the time frame specified. The plastic was completely in tact and clean, and left right where it was supposed to be. They took the old bed and it was complete.
Great service, great delivery, I do appreciate WG&R!

Nick was a pleasure to work with. He started off by telling us he was not going to be a pushy salesman, and he TRULY wasn't. He hung out in the background (truly doing other things, not in a predatory salesman way) until we went through all of the available inventory and were ready to make our choices. I would highly reccomend that man.

Also, the store had a 30% off everything sale at the time, so that was also a huge win in their favor!

First and typically only store I shop at. The employees are always so helpful. I don't feel pushed into any purchase. When something isn't right they are there to take care of it. Recently I bought an office chair. 2 months later the wheel broke. It was easy to work with them to return and get full credit towards all different chair!

After a long search for a sectional sofa we happened to walk into WG&R to see what they had. Upon walking in Tom met us right away and let us know the sales and where to look for what we were looking for. The store had many options and great quality furniture. After briefly looking around the store we went over to the discount section and found a sectional that met all our wants and needs, for an amazing price. We also happened to find a leather arm chair that was too good of a deal to pass up. Tom was amazing to work with, he knew the perfect balance of being there when we had questions and giving us space to think about our purchase without being pushy. Tom also helped to give us a great deal on top of the items being in the discount section. We will definitely be back when we are in need of anymore furniture and we will definitely ask for Tom to help us again!

Bought furniture here 3+ years ago. It has held up great and the sales people were honest and looking to get us the best deal. There were some delays because of the pandemic, and they communicated very well throughout the process. My experience with Steinhafels makes me regret not coming back here.

We just bought a power reclining love seat. Austin was our salesperson and he was great. He was very knowledgeable on their products and helped us find the perfect piece for our small living room. Highly recommended.

Cornelius greeted us at the door, assisted us in finding the perfect recliners and answered all of our questions. We are extremely happy with the service we received and will continue to shop at WG&R for high quality, beautiful furniture.

Jacob gave us a lot of attention. Made our furniture purchase a positive experience. He allowed us time to look and showed us additional pieces that he thought we'd be interested in. He was knowledgeable and it was clear he was good at what he does. We are happy we went to WG &R and very happy we had Jacob helping us.

Fantastic experience with salesman Cornelius when picking out a sofa! I wish more sales people had his approach. He wasn't aggressive, but was there to help my girlfriend and I when we needed it. Excellent product knowledge, conscientious, patient, and solid interpersonal skills. It was with his help we were able to find the perfect sofa for our living room. Definitely would work with him again.

Brody Johnson was so helpful from holding the door so I could wheel my husband in a wheel chair to allowing me get the lift chair in a timely matter as I am having surgery. And what a deal! I paid the same amount for what I would have paid at another store for only an electric recliner chair. This one also had an adjustable lumbar so when I am reclining I still have back support.

I went to 2 furniture stores looking for a good mattress. My 3rd stop was WG&R and Lori Null walked up to me and took the time to explain mattresses and their differences. She is very knowledgeable on them. We worked together until I was sure of my choice. I highly recommend her when shopping for a mattress. Thank you Lori!

Picked out a couch and purchased. Delivery to home is very reasonable. Will buy addition furniture from Appleton store.

I meet Nicholas my salesman who was very helpful in listening to what I was looking for. But of course I changed y mind about what I wanted after looking around. Nicholas was on the point and helped me find the best one for me. I was in and out in a very short time. I was very satisfied.
