I was very pleased with the selection and the price structure of the furniture. More importantly Jeanette from Appleton and Green Bay was super. Customer service; exceeding customers expectations. She was a star, service, follow-up. She did them and more, she offered me coffee or water. Using the hospitality industry model: treat them as guests in your home.

Sarah was so patient and helpful during our purchasing process. We appreciated her expertise in steering us towards more quality brands and that saved us valuable time. Thank you again August Haven!

I had a phenomenal experience working with Laura Hoffman from AH. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and took all the stress out of decorating our new living room. She took the time to come take her own measurements of the space and really listened to how I wanted the room to look and feel. The pieces of furniture she picked out for me were spot on, and she gave me different options. Laura also helped me pick out some accessories which really helped me tie the room together. I 100% would use her services again, she made a stressful project I'd been putting off for a year very fun and easy.

Laura, our designer, has been so great to work with. She really takes the time to understand what you are looking for and puts together suggestions that fit your budget and your living space perfectly!
The staff at August Haven were awesome. Very professional and they even had me sit in a massage chair while waiting for great financing to come through! Thanks August Haven staff.

We worked with Sarah who simplified the design process, which would have otherwise been overwhelming. She merges ideas to get the perfect design and provides wonderful customer service! Jim and Elena were also very helpful.

Elena is a rock star! We just bought our very first home and really didn’t even know where to start. Elena took such great care of us from day 1, with helping pick out potential fabrics and colors. While we took home swatches she put together a 3D representation of the different furniture in our space so we could pick the perfect set up. Then she helped us pick out the perfect pillows (this was the really fun part). She offered honest feedback, was great with answering questions and addressing any concerns. When I asked her for rug recommendations she went looked up several options prior to us arriving and made it easy to pick one. She was aware of our price points and we never felt pressured to overspend, etc. We are looking forward to using her design services later on. Thanks Elena!!

My salesperson was Colleen Eichsteadt. She was absolutely amazing at customer service. She patiently showed me everything I wanted to see, checked inventory on all my items, and applied all discounts available. I would HIGHLY recommend her!

Sarah is an amazing person and helped my design beautifully. August Haven is outstanding. Above the rest. Quality and style and a excellent warranty team that assists with anything from stains to rips due to my grandchildren, I can't say enough. They are fast and ontop of it.
