Hometown Pharmacy in Brillion,WI, has ALWAYS had my prescriptions ready on time. If they have time, they fill my prescriptions while I wait. They have always been courteous, professional and efficient.

I’ve unfortunately had to use pharmacies for the past 15 years monthly, and I will never go anywhere else as long as Schultz Pharmacy keeps teams like they have now. Not just the pharmacist, but the whole team. Great service. Always treated me with respect and always asking and retaining conversations that we’ve had previously. Sounds kind of sappy, but for what it’s worth feels kind of like family that you only see once a month because of how much they care.

Always helpful and friendly. All questions answered. The people are like friends! Jeff is fantastic and a true value to his profession.

Best pharmacy ever. So convenient and they are always so kind. They always somehow have my prescription in stock too (there's been a shortage for over a year and this is the only place I can ever get it!).

They are great! For insurance reasons I have to use another pharmacy, but Hometown helped me with packing for my daughter's camp. I so wish I could come back. They are sooo friendly.

What an amazing pharmacy! The customer service is there to help in all possible ways, always pleasant and personable. For Lawrence University students, they deliver prescriptions to the student mailboxes, and they work with students coming from other states, or even last-minute refills. Hometown Pharmacy is the definition of what it means to serve a community with compassion, helpfulness and humanity. Thank you!

It was taking several days for my insurance to authorize one of my prescriptions so the owner just gave it to me and said I could settle up when the insurance got back with their response! You're NOT going to get that type of customer service at a big pharmacy! The staff is super friendly and helpful too. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We have been serviced by Warren and his staff for over 15 years. They provide excellent service, and personal service. They go out of their way to look out for you, not just hand out drugs! I have had some significant medical issues that with their help I have been able to over come. A great pharmacist is as important as a good Dr. Warren & his staff are GREAT!

The staff at Consumer is exceptional. When my daughter was diagnosed with diabetes at the age of 8 months old, Warren and his staff, took the time to help me learn to take care of her. Whenever I had a question, a concern, or confused about medications, I know I can call Consumer and ask my question ANYTIME. I refuse to go any where else. Outstanding customer service!

What an amazing pharmacy! Both Tyler &Matt along with the staff really make sure they have a ll your answers to all your questions,. Where other pharmacies shove your med’s through a drive up window! And call you over the phone “do you have any questions “. I also heard today from an employee that it’s the best place she’s ever worked!! &That Tylor is is an extremely understanding boss &its a family atmosphere !!’ Tylor, thanks for all the med help through out the years !! I have been going to this pharmacy for some time now. Since the first time I went here they have upheld top quality customer service. Employees are friendly and very understanding. I have never had a better pharmacy to get my prescriptions without the harassments from amateur pharmacists at Walgreen’s, Walmart, or CVS. I’m talking about when I injured my back at work and the doctor prescribed me a month’s worth of Oxycodone. I have heard about how bad they can be and only wanted enough for 3 days and they harass you like you’re a drug addict living on the streets. At hometown pharmacy they will give you advise and warn you about these types of drugs some doctors prescribe without giving it a second thought. The prices are way more reasonable as well unlike other pharmacy’s who overcharge you to the point that I would say they are the drug dealers. They wanted $800 for epilepsy medication which is insane and yeah, I had no Medicare at the time but at hometown pharmacy the exact same medication they charge me $70 without insurance. Trust me you will not regret going here instead of other overrated pharmacies claiming they care for their customers and charge a fair price.

Service is great! The employees are personable and very helpful. Seems like every one is happy to be working there and you can FEEL that which is extremely rare during these difficult days of Covid.

Consumer is the absolute best pharmacy ever. Everyone is so friendly and caring and Warren is the most kindest caring knowledgeable pharmacist ever. I will never go anywhere else.

Walgreens told me that my Voltaren gel only comes in the generic now, and it's not covered by my insurance. I switched to Hometown, and now there's a $0 co-pay! It's free at Hometown, and who knows how much Walgreens would've charged me! Thanks Hometown!

I've been a costumer since 1987. I can't imagine going anywhere else. The employees are friends and have my best interests at heart.
