One of the biggest standouts is that Todd is honest and they have fair prices. I find it extremely hard to trust any mechanics and find a lot of them suspicious, but I do not feel that way at this shop. I will continue coming here. Thanks for all the help.

Very straight forward and honest. Contacted 7 or 8 other shops to do a catalytic converter replacement on my truck Todd was the only one that called me back and with a lower quote than anyone else and didn’t try to up charge me like other places have done. honest work of the highest quality and in a very timely manner. He has my business as long as I need repairs done on my vehicles now

Can’t say enough good things! Was in town from Plover when my car was unable to keep being operated. It was after hours so I left my car there and left them a message about what was going on. They called me first thing in the morning to confirm they got it. Then an hour later they already knew what was wrong and offered an estimate that was fair and much less than I had planned for! They had it fixed within hours. They also have a super handy text service that offers the estimates and details. Very awesome!!

I was told by another shop that I needed a new battery and alternator but they couldn't get me in so I called American Fleet per the good reviews. American Fleet gave me a free tow to the shop and found out that I only needed a new battery, saving me about $500. Todd was very helpful and honest. As a young female that doesn't have much knowledge about cars, it is difficult to find an auto mechanic you can trust. I will return here for any future auto repair needs and will recommend them to friends.

I thought I had a flat tire but it was just low. They checked it out and filled it up for free, and invited me to come back if I ever had questions. Honest and kind!

It started with just a battery. I met Todd because a person told me he was nice and would get my car in quick. He did,, fixed everything that was wrong,, and I have been doing business with him since. Everybody is so helpful when your having your vehicle worked on at American Fleet & Auto Service. The whole staff is courteous and friendly. If you ever have questions, they are there with the answers for you. They've never let me down. I will always trust this place for all my vehicle needs. Todd is a man who will tell you the truth and not overcharge you. I've never known a mechanic to say "Come in, let me look at it", finds the problem and fixes it that very day. He and his team mean a lot to me and he knows I'll always come back.

I was having issues with my front brakes, so I dropped it off at American Fleet and Auto. They had it fixed up in just a few hours. They provide incredible service with fair and honest prices, that’s why my family and I have been trusting them with our vehicles for years. I highly recommend them!

Todd has always been my mechanic for the past 6+ yrs. Hes kind ,knowledgeable and has fair HONEST prices. You won't have to worry about being scammed or talked into fixing things that you dont need done ! Another bonus..... you get free tows if you get your oil changes there!

Todd and his crew are the best. I have been bringing our vehicles to him for years. This is an honest, trustworthy shop with quality work. He takes care of maintenance and repairs in a timely fashion. We trust his judgement and suggestions and will continue to trust him with the care of our vehicles.

Take your vehicle to Todd for pretty much all maintenance and repair work. If he can't do it, he will recommend someone else he trusts to do work he doesn't do.. We've taken many vehicles to him for almost twenty years. They provides excellent service for a reasonable price.

Todd has been nothing but a blessing when it comes to repairs on my vehicle. Most of the time they pop up out of nowhere and he gets me taken care of much quicker than anyone else, at a very fair price. American Fleet and Auto has a lifetime customer in me. I couldn't recommend it enough. I use it for my personal vehicle and for our work vehicles. Todd and his staff do an exceptional job and exceed all expectations.

These folks are my trusted mechanic I take my car to. It's always nice to have that trusted mechanic that is not going to charge you dealer price either. They do a wonderful and honest job and lets you know exactly what needs to be done. They even show you in person behind the shop to see what it is. They do the job right the first time. I will forever keep coming back as long as we live here in Appleton (hopefully I dont have to keep going back though haha) :)

American Fleet n Auto is amazing. The work they perform is of high quality at a reasonable honest cost. The staff is awsome. I would recommend American Fleet n Auto to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle. Shannon and Todd are great. Any service they provide comes with free towing service (only to American Fleet n Auto) and that is awsome!!! We have had to use the service a few times. Once we had emergency break issues at night no less, the car was towed to them and Todd, booked a month or more out, squeezed us in to get the breaks repaired. I will not go to any other mechanic. Thank you Todd, Shannon, and the crue.

100% will be going back to American Fleet and Auto. Todd was incredibly helpful and provided top notch service for my vehicle.
