They were recommended by a close friend of mine several years ago. I haven't gone anywhere else since. GREAT customer service!! They do a great job, explain everything, don't push things you don't need or "find" other things wrong. They are fantastic and they are very reasonably priced.

Great honest place to go to when I’m in need of my vehicle getting maintenance or if something goes wrong.. They definitely take great care of their customers. They have done a wonderful job helping me fix/prevent a rust spot that was starting, and figured out and fixed a clunking noise I noticed but wasn’t sure about, to being extremely helpful and accommodating to quickly get my car back up and running when it suddenly stoped working.. After a poor experience with my last car from a different dealership, I decided to stop here first since my wife had a great experience here with her last car. They had a Jeep that was already 3k below KBB value, so I decided to trade my car in for that. Customer service was excellent, they worked with me on the price, and they were completely honest and straightforward with everything. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a competitively priced used vehicle.

I've taken my car into Wisconsin Auto & Truck Repair a few times now. Rob is an honest and dependable guy. I've never felt hustled or like I was being up charged by him. They'll give you an honest quote and make sure you're okay with the proposed work. The work is solid too. They get the job done well and in a timely manner. Wisconsin Auto & Truck Repair provided the most upfront and honest auto buying experience I've ever had. (And I've purchased a lot of cars) This place doesn't gloss you over with coffee and cookies (further raising overhead) what they do is offer incredibly reasonable priced cars and trucks that are clean and properly maintained. The next time I'm in the market, I'm not buzzing all over the state searching for a decent car. I'll be back to see if this place has a vehicle that suits my needs first. Truly a pleasure to deal with.

I have been using these guys since I moved in to the Fox Valley 8+ years. Every experience has been great. They always provide friendly, prompt service. Rob has gone out of his way to price around for parts more than once to try and save me money, and is always honest and willing to explain the issues and show me the problems so I know I am not being hustled. I recently went to Wisconsin Auto and Truck to have all major fluids changed in our Tahoe before we went on a long trip. I had NEVER been there before so didn't know what to expect. What they DON'T have is marbled bathroom floors and fresh cookies and flat screen t.v.'s for you to watch while your car is being serviced. What they DO offer is honest, face to face personable customer service. I'll get to the point....the mechanics at WA&TR are the true deal. Just true blue grease under the finger nails mechanics. They did my transmission fluid change, both diffs, and transfer case for $100.00 less than a local dealership. They did the job quickly and did a very good job. I'll be back.

My light burnt out and I called Rob and he had my head light and taillight cover changed less then 30 minutes. They are fast and efficient. Thanks for everything.

Recently purcahsed a f350 super duty diesel 7.3 from Bob - All the way through he was honest and gave an honest value of my trade in as well - Its hard to find that, its more typical that a dealer wont budge on their price and will under value your trade. But not here! Bob is genuine and even when I pointed out a concern I had before the purchase he fixed the problem and split the service cost with me - I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from here! They are a great small auto shop and dealer and give you the 'mom and pop' feel vs the big 'stealerships' - Will do business again

Wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. They let me know what they wanted to do, didn’t pressure me, GOT MY PERMISSION to do the work (I went somewhere and got work done on my car without my knowledge and they tried to stick me with a $837 bill), work was done properly and quickly. Honest prices. I will be bringing my other head scratcher of a car in soon.

They listened to my problems having a old rusty plow truck and they got it running as smooth as my daily driver :) they were not fussy and did very solid work and very quickly. It’s nice knowing a real good truck mechanic exists. I would recommend them to anyone 5 star mechanic

Both Rob & Bob are such kind, genuine guys who take pride in how they treat their customers & the quality of care is rare these days.

This is by Far the best shop in Appleton. On a Friday night at 4pm they were able to service my vehicle and have me ready to go in no time. The entire time I was waiting I got to pet a fat orange cat with a big head and eat left over Halloween candy. I will continue to go here.
