Town of Rochester Municipal Court

Been trying to take care of tickets for over 5 years. This court keeps changing things, I get told to pay a fine, I attempt to pay the fine, then it changes to something else, the court clerk Leanne Warren said, "I don't care if you ever get your license back. Get a lawyer or sit here until the district attorney shows up. Could be next week, next month or 6 months from now." I ask, "can you call the district attorney?" Leanne, "no sit here or get a lawyer."
Refusing to let me take care of my tickets. The court is corrupt.

I explained the situation, sent a guilty plea by mail, called numerous times. Leanne Warren denied my guilty plea, denied the court's ruling and the fine I was told to pay. She changed it to a misdemeanor, refused to call the district attorney, refused me a public defender and apparently has a problem with me because she said herself, "I don't care if you ever get your license back." Personal vendettas have no place in a courtroom.
