AppleShine Dent Repair

I have had rust repaired on a car, dent fixed and all my cars rustproofed by Loren. It has been over 5 years and no rust on any cars yet, he has a great product. Also has many years of experience. All his work has been excellent and much less than dealers and the big shops.

Loren did an absolutely amazing job and really went the extra mile when re-painting my truck bed. Got all the body lines spot on, paint was flawless, and even did some buffing on the roof of the truck cab to get rid of some previous scratches. Was very helpful and I will definitely be back.

Took my Impala in for a quote for Dent repair. Received a breakdown of my options for repair, the details on how it would be done and what the Pros and Cons of that type of service is based on where the Dent was located. Pricing was similar to the other places I quoted but I felt more comfortable using Appleshine for the repair based on my interactions!

They did an excellent job.

Took shortcuts, skipped steps in reinstalling, used improper sealing materials, and most of all denied accountability. Would not recommend.

Brought my truck in to Loren for an estimate on a minor fender dent. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and scheduled me in 6 weeks out. I understand he is busy and was comfortable waiting the 6 weeks. Very friendly man. I called 3 days out to make sure my appointment was solid and he said he could still get me in despite the recent hail event in the area, but the repair may take an extra day. I was ok with that. Today, 2 days before my scheduled appointment he calls me and tells me he can't work on my truck because of all the hail estimates. So, basically he blew me off for insurance jobs. He said he can't help, "Acts of God". When did that become my problem when I was already a scheduled customer? I can see that he would make more money with insurance jobs, but is that how you treat your customers that have been waiting for 6 weeks? I could have had my truck fixed already if I knew he was shady. Shop around other shops before you come here. I can't rate his quality of work, but his business practices and the way he treats customers are not satisfactory. Good luck on your insurance jobs Loren.
