They will help you with your phone issues no matter where you purchased it... Walmart or online.
They don't get paid for that... so please buy your next phone from them.

Helpful, knowledgeable. My phone went crazy after the emergency broadcast system did their test. Wouldn't let me make calls answer text messages or do anything. Didn't recognize SIM card. It was rendered useless. They had it fixed in about 10 minutes. I appreciate all you do

Always a pleasure to do business with. Super helpful especially with my parents who aren't tech savvy. I live in Batavia and will travel all the way here then to deal with Batavia location. They make you feel you aren't just a sale but a person and only sell you what you need and not try to make you buy things you don't need. Super friendly staff

We stopped going to Verizon in Geneseo now we're going to Verizon in Warsaw New York hate to say it but they don't know what they're doing.
They said I needed a new phone went to Warsaw New York it didn't even take a minute they fixed my phone they said I didn't need a new phone.

Awesome. Always get treated with respect, politeness, and they are very helpful and get the job done. I recommend this store to everyone. I buy my phones there, and when I have trouble, have never walked out without it being fixed. Can call on the phone for help and get the same response. A Great bunch of workers and I do have a favorite.😊

Everyone at this location is phenomenal. After a problem with my account due to a screw up on Verizon Wireless end,not this retailer, they bent over backwards to help me. Never again will I go anywhere else for assistance with my Verizon Account. I would never recommend ordering phones online,go to this retailer so it gets done right. Thanks to the awesome team for being helpful, friendly, and having great follow thru.

This is the very best local business I go to. Always friendly service.
I didn't know for years that there only sales income is from selling the phones.
I had thought that Verizon paid a percentage of the monthly service fee back to the store that sold the phone. So if you buy a phone at Wal-Mart or online they get nothing for any help or service that they give you.

Great place if you really need help. They where very conscious of my budget and out of there way to set up my new phone. The gal that owns the store knows how to hire great employees.

Employees are helpful, and take the time to answer my questions. They helped me find the best/cheapest plan. The customer support you get makes it worthwhile to pay a little more for a phone to get that.

Very knowledgeable staff and very friendly. Explained why I had the issues with my phone and advice on what my next step should be. Highly recommend.
