The guy was pretty nice up until after I paid for my commission. They said it takes 4-5 weeks, and this was almost four months ago. I’ve been ghosted at this point, as they’re no longer returning my attempts at contacting them.

Ordered a product online and had great customer service and answers to questions up until then. I ordered and he ghosted me, had to double text to get a response that basically delays it longer and although his website says orders typically ship in 5 days, I am having to file a dispute with paypal after waiting a month
