Village Cornerstone Restaurant

Stopped in after taking my cat to the vet next door and grabbed some takeout. Ordered cheesesteak hoagie with mushrooms. It’s really good! Staff are very friendly, and my order was ready in less time than it took me to decide what I wanted. Should have taken pics before I ate most of it. Less than $7 I got a great sandwich for lunch! What a nice little gem of a place that’s close by! Don’t know why I haven’t been there before, but definitely will go back!

Delicious home-style breakfasts at a price you can't beat. We stopped by while we were in town and will come back here whenever we are in the area. You can't beat the food or cozy atmosphere! I haven't had a breakfast that good in some time. This is the kind of place I wish I had close to home.

A place where locals can meet and eat out. I felt slightly out of place, but welcome. The walls are cheerfully decorated with illustrations of cows and roosters, there's not much natural light, the furniture is crowded in a pre-covid way. The food could have been cooked by your brother or sister, no chef required, it's good food. It's a valuable meeting place. It was good to be there.

The Village Cornerstone Restaurant is a cute little place with super friendly staff. The prices were reasonable and the food was pretty good. The French toast was so good! The sausage gravy with biscuits were good.
The staff was attentive and took great care of us.
We would stop by again if we were ever in the area.

It is worth to drive your car to the Amish area and enjoy the day , breakfast here is great , fresh and local food , chicken are not the frozen ones from Costco or Walmart.
Love this place and diffently will come back.

Was down in the area and wanted something good and local instead of the usual chain. The food was a good price, the waitress was friendly, and the holiday decorations were so cute. The big daddy breakfast was huge, well worth the price and the sausage gravy was fantastic! On the way out they were selling homemade rock candy that was delicious. 10/10 would recommend.

Mom and pop diner, easy going, atmosphere. Quick service and great homemade food.

Their breakfast menu has large portions and comea out hot. Twice I have had their breakfast steak plate, its a chopped patty BUT the beef gravy tops it off. I find myself dipping the homefried potato bites in it and my eggs. If you like gravy, this is it. Biscuits and gravy is pretty whip too. Please come and find your fav soon!

I was a truck driver just passing through came across this family diner looking for something to eat and man I tell you the service and my presents of being there was impressive 👏 I brought 12 wings the first time brought a big man burger 🍔 everything was ggrreeaatt I will be back when I come back to Ohio you will never be forgotten....ALL I CAN SAY IS "IMPRESSIVE " VERY DOWN TO EARTH..JUST GO IN AND EAT YOU WANT BE DISAPPOINTED...

The conversation of eggs;
1. Don't usually eat them.
2. Asked the Amish last week about duck eggs but they didn't have any.
3. Had a conversation with a fella yesterday about meat and eggs.
4. Woke up this morning craving what....eggs.
5. Drove here for a veg omelet. Just light and fluffy goodness. Veges were that wonderful crisp tender state of being. The home fries; you know how you boil an Idaho potatoe and then cut it up into irregular cubes and then fry them and flip them and they kinda sorta turn out like a potato pancake..... oh yeah.

Was our first time there we went for the all You can eat fish fry. Got two large pieces of fish fries. Coleslaw and some awesome hush puppies. I would recommend it to anyone

Just an out of the way country diner. My wife and I absolutely adore this kind of place, and if you agree, put this one on your list. Not the most modern, but exceptionally friendly, good service, with really good food. Definitely worth stopping in. Thanks!

I stopped in because I was traveling for work and I didn't want to eat at a chain restaurant. The fries are fresh cut and delicious. I ordered the wings and they were crispy. The soup was homemade. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Definitely a gem of a restaurant!

We are on a days-adventure from home to Columbus, and I wanted to stop somewhere local so that we could get brunch. This was a great mix- as I wanted breakfast, and my daughter wanted lunch.
The food was excellent, we both enjoyed our meals. The server was very friendly. The inside had a cute little country feel.

I highly recommend.
