We Love Susie! So kind and the stuffed frech toast is our favorite! The staff is wonderful too. Chelsea hustles to take care of every table and PJ is the cutest!!! We love this place so much!!!

Wonderful small diner. We waited for a table, but that's to be expected and it wasn't a long wait. Food is absolutely amazing, you can tell it's made from scratch and with care. I definitely will keep this place in mind if I find myself in vermillion again. Chelsea was on point, very kind, and did an amazing job checking on all the customers. I really look forward to trying other things on the menu!

I'll get the one negative out of the way first. The service is a bit slow. If you need to be in and out I would say come here when you get more time. With that out of the way, my waitress was kind and the food was pretty great as far as dinner food goes. The food taste authentic and fresh. Not too greasy, not too salty, but plenty of flavor. Also worth mentioning is that in spite of my comment on the slow service, I feel they were diligent considering the number of customers and the fact there was one server. She made sure everyone got attention. I'm eager to try them again

I ordered from here today for the first time and I used doordash for delivery. Even after waiting for the delivery, the food was AMAZING 😍 Fresh, GREAT FLAVOR, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE from Chelsea(hope I got her name right). Definitely recommend Susie's Cafe!

First time here and I got the breakfast Monte, it was delicious and the service was fabulous. Food was quick and we will be returning for a woolybear burger soon!!!

Good food, friendly staff, low key diner. If I lived nearby I’d definitely come back. The breakfast bowl (image below) was very good.

This place was a delight! The server and chef were so kind and the food was absolutely delicious! We were just passing through on our way back to Indiana, but will now have to make sure we stop here every time we visit the area!

This place is a GEM. Food was delicious and service was wonderful. I stopped by for breakfast on a Saturday morning and had a great experience! I had the croissant egg sandwich (delicious!) w/ fruit & coffee. I also got to taste their breakfast bowl and their corned beef hash, which were all delicious. Highly recommend this place for a breakfast spot!

A friend recommended this place and I’m so glad she did, Everything is made fresh and is delicious! Had the chicken quesadilla and wow not only was it good they also give you large portions! Oh and the in house chips are my favorite! I will definitely be back. P.s. we met the owner and she is a sweetheart!

This establishment is Great, everything is made from scratch, I would give them 10 stars, clean place and friendly hosts, I recommend this establishment. Come early fills up quick limited seating. Wonderful breakfast.

Solid little spot tucked away in an unassuming area. Super friendly service. The food was excellent and easy on the wallet. A tiny restaurant full of big flavor. If you love pancakes, this is your place.

Cute little café. Fair prices, friendly service and reliably tasty food.

I got to come in and have some AMAZING breakfast!! Biscuits and sausage gravy, smashed potato hashbrowns and fruit. I also tried one of the fresh baked muffins... o.m.g... so good.
Everyone I saw getting served including us, was treated like old friends and family. I could literally eat here everyday!! HIGHLY recommend!

Absolutely amazing food!! Woolybear burger platter just great! Wife had the pot roast dinner said it reminded her of one her mom's best meals. Would highly recommend. All real homemade food. Can't believe we waited so long to try.

We were in town for a family wedding and had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast Saturday morning and it was SO good, we came back Sunday! So you know when establishments say “home cooking” and you wind up with home fries or hash browns you know were mass produced and just cooked there?? This is NOT that place. They make everything from scratch and it shows. You taste the love in their food and all the people are so beautiful and warm. So impressed by their heart and you taste the love in their food. Got to meet Susie, what a caring, impressive woman. Everything was so delicious, but have to call out the muffins. Muffins were amazing.

Little place, hard to find but great food and service. I'll be back when I'm in the area.
