Edison Depot

This was a neat little “family” restaurant we stopped at. Potato Salad was good. Everyone liked their meals. This is not a fancy place but staff was great and we just had fun hanging out and visiting with friends from down that way.

This is an awesome place for any occasion. However, I particularly enjoy breakfast. The chicken fried steak and omelets are the bomb. My family frequently have lunch here with friends and family. It is definitely a great meeting place. Excellent service always! Wonderful hometown, small town friendly, cozy place to relax and eat.

Friendly staff, feel like family, the food is off the chain I've been here several times tried something different each time and EVERYTHING was beyond Excellent. I will definitely keep coming back. Keep up the great food and service

Both times that I have eaten at Edison Depot in Edison, Ohio, the fish and fries are to die for. The first visit was with my sister and her husband. I just wanted some good fish and fries, which just happened to be on the menu. What a surprise. The fish basket was full of beautifully looking crispy, golden, fried fish and fries with a side of coleslaw. I knew I just had to eat there again, only this time I wanted to take my husband. He was not disappointed he ordered the fish and fries basket. He is not a big fish lover, but he loved the fish and fries at Edison Depot. They have other items on the menu, and I can't wait to go back and try other menu items. 😋 The waitresses are terrific. This restaurant has plenty of parking. This is a Mom &Pop restaurant. Nearby, there is an ice cream Parler. We haven't been there yet, but we have it on our bucket list.

We had a Sunday School Christmas party for 25 plus people and they gave us a big room to accommodate us all! Great service and great food and every order was correct!!

The new fresh-baked holiday cookies are delicious and festive

Great little place to stop in for a sandwich and pick up some cheese or many of the other things readily available to buy. If your going through stop in and give them a shot.

Every meal I have tried here has been great. The service is always top notch.

Great home cooked meals. Feels very welcoming and I highly recommend if you are passing through and you're hungry.

We have our Christmas party here every year in one of the private rooms. Everything is always absolutely amazing.

Excellent meals, good prices and the best service!

We went around 2:30 pm on Friday, we had the all you can eat fish, service was very friendly and quick!! Coleslaw was very good, tartar sauce was very yummy, the fish was so light and cooked to perfection!! It was really a great experience. We can't wait to go Monday for the liver and onions!! 😋 Did I mention our waitress was so very wonderful, not sure of her name, but she is a Marine Mom!! There was not one thing I would of change!! Keep it up.

Betty and I had breakfast with seven old friends and then lunch with 11 other family members at the Depot on 10 July. We had outstanding service from Gladys. The food was great. Please pass along our compliments to Gladys for her friendly demeanor and excellent service. Ron Perkins

Great! One of the few remaining restaurants were you feel that sense of unscripted hospitality. Plenty to choose from and affordable. Real people, serving real food to real people with a nostalgic ambiance. One important trait that sets this place apart from the chains is that there is no cliche assembly line feeling... Although my food came FAST, they're not trying to move people in and out real quick; they're doing a great job of making you welcome, comfortable and satisfied with your meal. Every staff member seemed genuinely happy to be there and that is contagious.

We stopped in for breakfast after camping and we were not disappointed. I had French toast and sausage. It was very good. My wife had the build your own omelette (onion, green pepper and sausage). It tasted very fresh, not too little or too big. The server was very friendly. We will be back!

Great little spot! Food was hot and deliciously homemade. Super yummy! Service was also very quick, and they were ever so nice. Stop by and try them, you won't be disappointed!
