Peking Chinese Restaurant

My husband and I visited tonight and got the special dinner for 17$ each which includes a wheel of treats before the entree. Chicken wings....mandarin beef...wontons...shrimp...chicken foil (saving that for lunch tomorrow) egg rolls. What a fancy appetizer platter that came with a little cauldron of live fire. Excellent presentation! My husband hated the egg rolls. He took one bite and threw it on his plate. They did have a wierd sour fermented taste but I still ate it. The chicken wings are PHENOMENAL. Hot and sour soup and egg drop soup very good! Entrees were kung pao shrimp (mine) and hubby got beef and mixed vegetable. Delicious. Reasonably priced. Food was superb and matched the friendliness of the hostess and the male host. Very impressive service and atmosphere. Place is IMMACULATELY clean. I didn't see one speck of anything anywhere. I honestly don't think I've ever seen a restaurant so clean as this place. Woman's bathroom was amazing...clean..and HUGE! The decor was amazing too. It felt like we're were in China....not that I've ever been. Thank you for a beautiful experience. My FAVE new restaurant. The hostess girl recommended the spring rolls next time. I will also order half sauce on my entree only because I have to watch my sodium and the sauces were very thick but DELICIOUS! 5 stars! Highly recommend. So happy we ventured out of Sparta for something unique and super delicious thank you ! 😁😁😁

Hands down the best Chinese food I’ve had in all of Wisconsin. Honestly better than half the places in California I’ve been to. I don’t think I’ve enjoyed a meal so much. The employees were some of the kindest people ever. The prices are unmatched and as a Egg Drop soup enthusiast, it’s simple and perfectly flavored. A must visit again!

We recently stopped in for lunch and had the lunch special - beef with broccoli and my wife had the chicken with broccoli. Both meals were very good to include the egg drop soup and the crab rangoon. I'm not a real fan of the white sauce on the chicken and broccoli but loved the brown sauce with the beef. Service was quick and the waitstaff was pleasant. Everything tasted fresh. The restaurant looked like it was well kept and clean. All in all a great lunch experience for under $10 a piece.

I know you are currently closed due to the fire, and I’m so sorry this has happened. I will continue to support your business while you go through this, starting with letting people know that this restaurant is amazing. The food, service, and atmosphere are always good. When you reopen, we will be there to place our orders. Bless you this Christmas season.

This place was really great! The food was really good and fairly inexpensive.

My main course came with egg drop soup (delicious) and was only $12.50. It was a large portion size and I had enough leftovers that I could eat another BIG meal off of it.

Service was great and attentive. Food took maybe 15 minutes to get to us (soup and appetizer was 5 minutes) and was fresh.

Everything was wonderful and I will definitely be back!

Absolutely the best Chinese restaurant I have ever been to. Here for the army, from North Carolina. 100% would come back if I’m town!

Food was delicious prices were great service was very good.

I typically only rate places where I've worked on there kitchen equipment and seen that they have a kitchen floor where you could use the 5 second rule. However I have to make an exception. I haven't seen there kitchen but... The Pork lo mein on the lunch special was fantastic. A+ on the food.

Food was phenomenal. Hot, fresh and timed just right between the appetizers and main dish.

This was the best I have ever had everything was so fresh and the staff was so friendly the portions were big and the flavor of everything was sooo good I had 4 meals and it was only $40

Super kind and polite staff! I loved the food and the fried shrimp appetizer was my personal favorite. I split the chicken lo mien with another person and we still had plenty to take home for leftovers.

Super chill atmosphere and really yummy food! Came here as part of a group of 9 and the service never faltered and we really enjoyed our meals. Plus the boba place in the back is AMAZING, some of the best bubble tea I've had in awhile. Will absolutely be stopping here again on my next trip through Tomah!

Absolutely fantastic! We had a large family dinner and tried a variety of dishes. ALL of them were delicious. Beef curry, egg foo Yung and beef egg rolls all amazing!

I've been going to Peking for years now, Always great food and service. Been to Chinese places all over the country and nothing ever came close to the taste and quality of Peking. Highly recommend the sesame chicken

Delicious and quick! We had been driving all day and were starving and tired and this place was perfect! Not only was the food tasty and quick but the service was fast and friendly. We’ll definitely be back. I recommend the rice and the tea and get a table near the front if you can. Oh also the hot and sour soup was tasty and fresh

My family regularly frequents Peking Chinese Restaurant and each time we visit, we leave happy and satisfied. Jianna and staff at Peking are attentive and friendly. They truly want you to have the best experience, whether dining in or taking out and eating at home. You are guaranteed hot, freshly-prepared food made with quality ingredients. Some favorites include Pineapple Chicken (ordered spicy), the wonton soup, Hong Kong Chicken and Mongolian Beef.

First time here and the entire family loved it! We ordered 5 different dishes and shared them, they were all delicious. The kids also had soups and they were good as well. The ambiance and decorations were nice. We will definitely be returning to try different dishes. After everything we ordered, it was very affordable and we were surprised. I reccomend this place to others.
