The ladies here had a girls night event last night and it was fun. Mini massages, facials, trivia along with wine and munchies. It was a great way to see what they offer and meet the staff. I even booked a massage. Looking forward to partaking more of what they offer. The place is clean, offers great products and very friendly staff. Highly recommend a visit!

This is kind of a hidden gem in Grafton. They are so much more than just a massage place. The girls ever so friendly and nice I went in for a massage that I received as a gift certificate but I threw in on it to go for an hour massage at a time where I had a lot going on and had even a hard time even relaxing during the massage as my phone kept going off and well life was happening right at that very moment. First off it was an amazing massage secondly I appreciate that the employees treated me like they understand life happens and definitely didn't judge me over it. I will definitely be back for more massages and to take care of their many other services they offer when my life does calm down just a bit.

Char is absolutely the best therapist I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a lot of massages! Three years ago I started a New Years resolution to get monthly massages and I found Essential Kneads. They are incredible and professional, with a lot of services and perks. Definitely check them out!

Massage was great. Really focused on the trouble areas and gave me tips and tricks for at home. I also left my necklace there and the receptionist met me close to my house to drop it off to me. What a great place with great customer service!

Erin always does a great job, that's why I keep coming back, plus The other massage therapist do a great job too!! Any time I need some work done, they seem to fit me in, with in a couple of days!!

I had my first massage with Essential Kneads and Nicole last night. It was amazing, my previous massage place has closed due to Covid and I was nervous since finding someone you like can take awhile (right pressure, right comfort etc) It was a wonderful experience. Clean, safe and comfortable. My only complaint is the hour went too fast! Already booked my next appointment

Brittany is a great massage therapist. I always leave feeling brand new and better overall! I wish I could get a massage from her every week! The girls at essential kneads are continually educating themselves with new techniques and tools. If you’re looking for a superb massage schedule with them! You will not be disappointed!

Excellent value! Prices are the same or less than most of the chain spas in the area. The difference, in my opinion, is a superior experience and wonderful customer service. The staff is professional and courteous. I’ve been several times to the old and new location. No matter which therapist I had, I always felt 100% comfortable and relaxed.

Wow. I'm a licenced Massage Therapist so I can attest that these are not amateurs. I went in for a relaxation session and Erin found several trigger points I didn't even know I had. Now I need to schedule a therapeutic session to address those. I can't give higher praise. They know their business. Some basic concerns to first time massage receivers I'd like to share. 1. Your the client so be honest. If you want to chat up your whole session then chat away. If you want silence then please request it. 2. If the pressure they use is too firm or light or starts to hurt, express it. Your in charge. 3. Sweet pain is how I always explained when a trigger point was found and work was being done to release it. My therapist found them all by touch before I could even verbalize them. She was able to do some work but a relaxation session is different from a full body relaxation massage. It's like asking a mechanic to check over a car and do a basic tune up, but when they find something you can't expect them to do the full repair in the time they booked to just tune it up. Very impressed.

Cannot say enough great things about Char and her team at Essential Kneads Massage. They often are booked out weeks in advance - and for VERY good reason! I drive from Lakewood just to get a massage here; it's so worth it! Enough with reading the reviews, go book your massage(s) with them!

I have been a customer of Char Kennedy since before she created Essential Kneads, and have had years of massage therapy with Char, and every other massage therapist she has in her employ. This is THE premier massage therapy studio on the west side of Cleveland, and I have tried many. Char is not only talented, but also super friendly and reliable. She also hired very competent staff, Including Brittany Stark, who is expert at Thai massage and deep-tissue work. I also highly recommend Char's Ashiatsu massage if you like really deep tissue work. I love this place and very highly recommend them !!

Scheduled with Brittany as a referral because she uses "cupping" as a technique and I was very happy with both her knowledge and results for a sports massage.

I can't recommend Brittany enough of you are active or a competitor in any type of repetitive motion activities.

Not only does she focus on problem areas, the knowledge she shares is invaluable.

Stephanie was my massage therapist and she was amazing! I went in woth problem areas and she did the best she could to address my issues. Another amazing plus was that she was not afraid to work out my pecs. I am female and I hold a lot of my tension in my pectoral muscles but since I am a woman most massage therapists are afraid to address this muscle group completely. Thank you Stephanie!!!

My wife and I love going here for our messages. Staff is really nice and they offer a wide variety of massages and specialty services. Establishment has a great home feel when you walk in, not a cold business type like most places. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Had an Ashiatsu massage by Karen -she was great . This was only my second time getting an ashiatsu but I’ll probably stick with this type of massage for while . The pressure was deep , but unlike using hands , it doesn’t hurt . Again , she was great .
