Pak Mail

I always receive amazing service! My son is in the Military and lives out of State. I send packages all the time and at Christmas I always walk in a large amount of gifts that need packaged. They are always super helpful and package my gifts to save me as much money as possible.

They are very helpful and I did not have to wait to be acknowledged or helped. Don't be confused when you walk in the store and see shoes. The store houses two businesses and Pak Mail is in the back half of the store. This was my first experience with them and I highly recommend them and I say that not just because of the pretty blond who waited on me. Just being honest.

Garrett is so wonderful! He is so pleasant and kind every time I come in. When Houston was hit by the hurricane, I collected a ton of stuff to ship down for relief. Garrett found me a box that would fit my truck load of items in, helped me pack it up, and included a card of well wishes. He was thoughtful enough to call and make sure the location I was sending my package was able to even accept mail. Good thing because they were totally inaccessible still!! We searched a bit more and found a great place to send our items. Even the next time I stopped in, he checked in with me that the package arrived safely. Wonderful wonderful wonderful!

I love the family that owns pakmail!!! They helped me return several things , at different times. I appreciate that because I struggle when it comes to on line experiences.😉

I had a few items from Amazon to return, and Garrett made it so easy. I brought in my items with boxes and he took care of everything else! Very quick and easy service, will be coming here for all of my future shipping needs.

Short version: walked in to return an Amazon purchase for the first time, googled ups store and it brought me here, couldn't ship it the way I wanted to, but the worker was knowledgeable and kind enough to walk me through the steps we could do without coming back later.

Low and behold it's the owner Garret L. James, had a very polite conversation and was out in under 3 minutes!

Great business. The young lady help us through the whole process. She gave us different options, and show us the best way to send our package. I don't see myself going to the post office ever again.

Garret is the MAN! My advice is skip the USPS and just go to PakMail! Garret answered all my questions quickly and set my mind at ease. He saved me nearly $40 on an international shipment and simplified the process and made it totally stress-free! Thank you very much Garret!

I had a pleasure working the Garrett with Fed Ex Ground. He helped me get further in my career and get hired on at express and got me where I am today. I always got a laugh and a smile on my face from my last pickup of the day. True 5 stars to this guy and his great personality.

I have a mentally handicapped daughter who wears pull-ups. We recentally received her monthly shipment of pull-ups, but they were going he wrong size, so the company sent us return labels. I went in to Pak Mail to ship them back, but the labels were for the post office. Instead of making me take the 4 boxes to the post office, the guy at Pak Mail put my labels on and said he would take care of everything for me....and charged me nothing extra! There are good people in this world and he is definitely one of them! Thank you soooo much! I definitely recommend this company!

This mailing facility is so efficient, courteous and all around excellent customer service that you just want to go in and mail something every week.
