We went to T-Mobile in Bellefontaine to switch over 4 lines. Jamie was extremely knowledgeable. She went above and beyond helping us made the process flawless. Highly recommend her and the staff. Thank you for the excellent customer service!!

Jamie at the T-Mobile store in Bellefontaine, Ohio provided outstanding service. I initially went to the store to check on the Gateway device to replace our Satellite internet for the house. I was able to trial the device and return it if not satisfied. While in the store, she and I also discussed cellular service and perks provided by T-Mobile. After comparing the T-Mobile plan to our AT&T plan, we decided to switch to T-Mobile. I cannot be happier with the customer service provided by Jamie or the cell and Gateway coverage/ functionality, plan and perks. I highly recommend T-Mobile, this store and their staff, especially Jamie.

I hardly ever write a business review, but the customer service I received at the T-Mobile office in Bellefontaine was so exceptional I just want to tell everyone. I dealt with Jamie and Christian in the store and both were friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to provide great service. They both far exceeded all of my expectations I had walking into their store. It was so refreshing compared to the customer service most businesses provide these days. I give them my highest recommendation possible! If you visit their Bellefontaine store, I know you will not be disappointed.

Got all problems/issues/concerns worked out. The problems that weren’t able to be resolved we needed to call the customer center call center to get handled. Best experience with T-Mobile yet!

My husband initially went to the local T-Mobile store in Bellefontaine, Ohio looking for an alternative to our extremely unreliable home satellite internet. He came home with not only a Wi-Fi Gateway device which has solved our problem with movie streaming, but he also had an estimate for the price of cellular service and extras if we chose to switch cellular carriers. After discussing the plan and perks, we elected to change cellular carriers. We have been customers of AT&T since 2005. I can honestly say that in all the years with that carrier, we have never received the level of exceptional customer care that Jamie provided to us at T-Mobile. She was friendly, personable, patient, attentive and knowledgeable. We felt completely cared for and valued. She made sure we were comfortable by providing water while processing our switch to T-Mobile, and made us aware of restroom if needed. Several current T-Mobile customers came in to the store to pay bills or ask about additional services while we were there waiting for the conversion to process. Jamie not only knew their names, but showed them the same level of care she was providing to us. It is not often that you remember, or even want to remember the name of a sales associate that you encounter. That is not the case with this store or this associate. I cannot recommend the T-Mobile in Bellefontaine, Ohio strongly enough. We wish we had switched sooner! Thank you for your excellent customer service, Jamie!

Kaylah and Christian were very helpful with me and my husband switching out our phones. This was at the Bellefontaine Store 2 usw the service was exceptional!!! The service is way better with T mobile than with our Verizon phones that we had for 15 years. Also the price per month is way cheaper than Verizon which is a plus in todays world . Thank you T mobile for hiring exceptional people to work your store and give Great Service!!!!!!

I've had all I could take from Verizon after 20 years. They went from customer oriented to it all being about the dollar. So I switched to T-Mobile today.

My experience at the Bellefontaine T Mobile store was Fabulous! Paul and the other workers were all working on my phones! It took no time at all to resolve all of my concerns. Wonderful group !

Easy to find. Not a lot of parking, however.

Bought a new Pixel 3a phone from Amazon, and wanted to put it into Sprint's network, replacing my Pixel 1. Despite complications engendered by my old phone's dying battery, all got done well. In fact, all was done politely and cordially. Needed explanations were done patiently, without being condescending in the least.

Other than my Pixel 1 being problematic ( which is why the new one!), the experience was great.

Wonderful staff big friendly smiles and serious demeanor when things require it! Absolutely the best help I would definitely recommend!
