Narragansett Probate Department

My last stop on my Townhall adventure was a visit to the Probate Department. Could it be that I was going to have the Trifecta of outstanding interactions with Town employees today.. Well given I am providing another 5 star review it happened. I had some questions I needed answered and the individual at the Probate window immediately stop and said let me get the clerk who will be able to answer your question and she very nicely added, I didn't want you to have to explain it twice, and I said to myself, how nice. No more than 30 seconds later I was speaking with another pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful individual, Sarah Masson, she answered all my questions, was patient, understanding and let me explain rather than cut me off, because I am sure she already knew what I was going to ask halfway through my explanation. Kudos Sarah thank you for your help and because of that interaction my Probate experience was five star!!!
