I rented a car from here Thursday evening and returned it Friday afternoon. I was charged for 2 days rental but had the car for less than 24 hours. I did not complain because when I took the car I had intended on keeping it for 4 days but my mechanic had fixed my car faster than I had anticipated.

I will give these guys another try again but this time I'm going to ask in detail about how the fee structure works.

Better Business Bureau rating? Probably won't find one, this company wouldn't respond to several attempts by the BBB over a complaint. BEWARE. Mileage wasn't recorded as we rented a van for a church youth trip to upper New York State. When we returned, Randall insisted that we put on 3000 miles instead of the 1500 or so that we had documented receipts to prove our whereabouts on a tight timeline. That was an overcharge of $350.00! We would have had to travel to Arizona and back to use all of that.
