Bella Park Apartments

I've been here since 2012 and have to admit the only problem I had was the people can be ghetto but as long as the complaint is legit something does happen to the tenants...It went from Quail Ridge to Bella Park in the past couple years and changes for the better...No infestation at all..they have pest control come every Monday to spray and leave traps throughout the complex, maintenance is round the clock especially in emergencies, Pool is opened during office hours because people can be irresponsible and they don't take of nothing, we have security drive around during the night, they offer after school programs for your kids, parking stickers only for your car up to date on its registration and insurance under your name, oh and paid trash, gas, and water...I love my hot showers...Downfall, some ghetto people after hours, once in a while they need to do maintenance if a water heater breaks down(which is very few times since I been here!!) and you can't keep your patio cluttered with your stuff to maintain people being ghetto...all around great apt. Let them know I referred you!!! Lol it's a good apartment..

I been leaving here for almost a year and we love it really nice place, the place is always clean and they are fast when something is wrong in the apartment they are very polite with everyone I highly recommend this place.

I and my parents were there for 4 years, it is a green and beautiful complex, never had an issue they try to take care of any problem. Thank you

Beautiful, recently renovated apartments located in a decent neighbourhood. Pool, dog park, bbq pits, gym, and lovely walking path.

Have been here since 2011never any issues that wasn't tended to, very quiet and we'll maintained

Paso a diario por ese lugar desde que empezo la construccion. Estamos encantados con lo bello de las viviendas y el lugar. Aunque me gustaria obtener un alquiler de apartamento, cual es la fecha limite para solicitar? SERIA EN kISSIMEE. GRACIAS POR SU INFORMACION.

I lived there from March 2015 to December 2015 and I paid $800 monthly for a 1 bedroom. I had a good experience. No bug problems inside and maintenance never took longer than 3 days to come by. The only thing I really had a problem about is on my move out date they wouldn't allow me to do the walk through inspection with them and in result I only got about $230 back from my $800 deposit and when I say I left that apartment just about spotless! That was my biggest issue.
