One of, if not the best car buying experience I've ever had. I never felt pressured to buy anything, they gave me numerous options for financing, clear cut warranty terms, no nonsense experience. I had a number in mind for trade and they came back right away with that number, didn't have to negotiate a thing. My salesperson Rick, and the finance manager were great guys and also car guys themselves. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I recently purchased a 2023 F150 XLT and the process could not have gone more smoothly. Mat, Tim, and Blake, made the entire process, which can be stressful, an absolute breeze. There was clear communication from them and they all worked to make sure the deal was completed expediently, but with the perfect amount of personal touch to make the me feel like I was buying a vehicle from a trusted friend.

If I could give dealership this 12 stars I would, I will be telling anyone with ears to go and see these folks at Flood Narragansett, they will not leave disappointed.

My 2023 Ford Edge was in an accident in December. The repair of the body work was completed and the car needed to be reprogrammed due to the airbags being deployed. Floods Collision Center had repeated difficulty with the reprogramming. I lost faith in the safety of the car. I approached the General Manager, Tim Whitford, with my concerns. He offered to buy the 2023 car back and we made a great deal on a 2024 Ford Edge. Drove out with a new car total satisfied and with a feeling of safety!

I purchased a very hard to find rare vehicle I live in Connecticut so it’s about 2 1/2 hours away. I also before went tried to take care of every and all paperwork that I needed to do prior to my arrival so everything could be streamlined and rapid the car I was buying is a BMW X5M / (Last car was same model and trim just a few years older). I was going to speak to the salesman and talk the price down but I figured he’s done the brakes and the rotors and is also giving me a new set of tires. Once I laid my eyes upon the car after a 2 1/2 hour ride I immediately saw the car and said this is definitely my car,,(the images on auto trader, did not do the car justice- Immaculate! ) and I was beyond elated.- my salesman George who I also have to give a special mention to was absolutely amazing very helpful. Makes everything very easy and is definitely on top of things. Likewise to the finance manager absolutely wonderful help the whole staff everything was better than expected if I could give you guys 10 stars, I would.! - FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! - I would recommend Flood Ford to absolutely anybody and it is worth you taking a three hour ride even a 10 hour ride if necessary. From my own personal experience, you will not be disappointed.. also, this part I did not include I also wholesale vehicles and I am also a dealer. I’m also a 30 year mechanic and extremely well-versed in all types of vehicles. This car passed the test with flying colors. Flood Ford was able to get me Maverick Hybrid 6 weeks faster than Long McArthur who is supposedly the top rated dealer in the country for getting Mavericks. George Belovitch kept me informed throughout the wait and when it arrived, completing the transaction was quick and easy with no surprises. I’m very happy with my truck and recommend Flood Ford if you’re ordering one.

My splash shield had come down. I was absolutely afraid it would cost me a lot of money. I also needed the batteries changed in both my keys. Not only did they resecure the shield for free. The batteries only cost a little over $14.00! Ai was so happy with their service, I recommended them to my daughter-in-law as she is in the market.

Wonderful vehicle buying experience! Came in just interested in looking at small pickups (in very limited supply) and ended up with a beautiful and perfect 2023 "Hot Pepper Red" Ford Ranger XLT. George Belovich could not have been more helpful - he showed us the Maverick (back ordered by months) and then had their only Ford Ranger brought down from their East Greenwich location to Narragansett. After a local test drive and overnight test drive home, we were sold and the entire team made the purchasing, insurance and registration process simple, easy and all done the next morning. Very pleased with the personal attention, service and care by a local business. We plan to use Flood Ford for all our service needs for this great truck!
