Amber was great with my Zoe. She is very kind and made Zoe feel comfortable. She did an awesome job. The staff are knowledgeable and pricing is very fair. I am very glad to have found such a good and competent groomer for my baby. Will recommend this facility 100%.

My two girls Sadie and Rylee have been going for their grooming with Ava for a year now. We love Ava she’s the best gentle and a calming demeanor. I’ve recommended her to several friends and they are totally satisfied as well.

I love shopping at Pet Supples Plus in Narragansett. They always have exactly what I am looking for and I love taking a quick peek at the dogs getting their "haircuts" and baths. Great store

Service and personnel are excellent. Minnie now has a spiffy shine and will be cosy by the fire as opposed to "mangy on the grange". Saves my back also.

Maia and Katie did a great job with our border collies! Unfortunately our beagle wasn't feeling well and we had to cancel his appointment but once he's back to himself we will be back! Thank you ladies for a job well done! Our babies look beautiful!

I brought our newly adopted senior mini poodle in for her 1st grooming, this is the first dog we’ve ever had that has to be regularly groomed, and I wasn’t sure where to begin. I showed our groomer her warts and possible photo to go off of for the haircut she told me don’t worry about the warts and the haircut she helped me with deciding. Oh my god our dog looked like a whole new girl! She seems so much happier now that she’s been groomed and looks fabulous! I’ve already scheduled the next grooming appointment in 6 weeks. They were all just so nice, helpful, and great to work with.

Everyone at the store is so kind and knowledgeable, highly recommend this place to anyone interested in purchasing pet supplies!

I particularly like that this well stocked pet store features rescue cats, and finds homes for them. They have a special glass enclosure at the front of the store with their featured guest. I've always found the staff friendly and helpful.

I have a 1 year old golden retriever who is super anxious, especially at the groomers. Amber did an incredible job putting this anxiety at ease, and was able to get the most difficult mats out of his ears painlessly. A master at her craft: 11/10 would recommend. Thank you Amber!

Always friendly staff that is knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are comparable to most other places and the inventory is good too. It's excellent service puts it over the top.

The Narragansett location has always been friendly and inviting environment. Every visit you are greeted by at least one some times more of the staff members who are always willing to assist you if you have any questions. When buying large or heavy items staff always ask if I would like assistance walking them out to my car, which is a very kind gesture in my eyes. I’ve had only pleasant experiences every time I’ve shopped there which is very offer.

Tyler was super helpful, he took the time to walk me and my son through all of the different types of reptiles, made recommendations and was super informative. Highly recommend talking to him if I’m the market for a reptile.

This place was great for grooming! The staff were super friendly and reassuring. We have gone to many groomers for much more money and had way worse results. Our pupper came out looking great. We live quite far away but will be driving back here again for sure. Thanks so much!

Great dog wash station. The house nozzle had a bunch of different settings to ensure your pet is comfortable. Very big store and lots of variety and brands.

Great staff and everyone is so helpful and nice. Serious animal lovers and they were even able to trim my friends dogs nails whole NOBODY can trim - not even her vet. No stress. I think the dogs feel like they are at a spa!

The guy running the desk on Memorial Day at about 6 pm was great and very helpful! The staff makes this place stand out.
