Aspen Dental

I was on my way home from work, and munching on a candy bar, I felt something hard, then I felt it again. I discovered what looked like a little ivory sliver. It was tooth shaped, then discovered from my lower denture, a front tooth was gone! I immediately stopped at Aspen, being on my way home and told them what had happened. Aspen was very accommodating and I was soon called to the back to be waited on. I ended up leaving my lower denture, and made an appointment for early the next day. I was waited on promptly as I entered the store and left within a half hour the next morning with my denture repaired with the tooth in place. They buffed the whole lower plate which was very smooth to the tongue and inside of my mouth.

I had a broken tooth taken care of. The staff was kind and professional, I felt very at ease. Thank you for fitting me in so quickly. I had a good experience and would recommend to anyone who's scared of going to the dentist.

So far my experience with Aspen dental was good all the employees where very welcoming and nice and they explained what the best treatment was for my mouth. Thanks Aspen dental for being very kind

I had a delightful experience at Aspen Dental yesterday. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! The office manager was extremely detailed in our planning for my future visits. I felt very comfortable with my dentist while explaining my X-rays and detailed plan. I would recommend Aspen to anybody who is considering Aspen for their emergency and planned visits. Great group of people in the New Philadelphia office!

I was in severe pain when I walked into Aspen Dental and had already seen one dentist that day. After seeing the first dentist I had called Aspen who got me in to be seen within the hour. The first dentist offered me nothing for pain and was going to put off my procedure for almost 2 weeks because of their schedule. The Aspen staff was very accommodating and patiently answered all my questions about billing, the process and procedure. I was in so much pain I was crying and yet the first dentist I went to offered me nothing to relieve my pain. I had called him on Monday and he should have known I couldn't wait two days to be seen. I'm sticking with Aspen!

A tooth fell out of my dentures and took it in . Fixed my dentures in a half hour . No charge. I bought my dentures from Aspen and couldn’t be happier !!!

My first experience with Aspen Dental in New Philadelphia was very positive. They have a really friendly staff and knowledgeable professionals. I have to call out the receptionist, I think her name was Alicia? What a pleasant and very friendly, professional personality she was. While I was sitting in the waiting room I could hear her phone conversations and she showed exceptional customer service.
