Impressed. Needed running shoes. Manager Kevin was first contact and asked what I’m looking for. He contacted Vivian. We discussed. Then she gave some space. after I had scoped out the options, then I was planning to check another store. Vivian was closeby and made herself available. I had another question. Size was on hand. Brad, the store manager was so nice and so helpful today when we went in to buy Kayak's, he even helped us get them into our van which wasn't an easy task.

Did a return that was a gift w/o a receipt or tags on the item. No questions asked. I was able to do an even exchange with no problem. I was very pleased!

Went in for a set of golf clubs, the Store Manager spent as much time with me as it took to find everything I was looking for! The staff is very helpful, and treat you like a customer and not a burden as most places do these days!

I'm biased since I work in the Lodge department of Dick's Sporting Goods at New Towne Mall, but you'll love this place too!

Pretty much your one stop shop for anything sports or outdoor related. This is one of the few choices in this are for all your sporting good needs. Hopefully this store brings people in and helps to revive a once thriving mall.

Called in and spoke with Brett. He was very knowledgeable and even pulled some items for me to stop in and look at. He went way above and beyond my expectations for my call
