Late for my appointment(2hours). 2:40hrs in and out. Not bad.

I read various revues while coming here and, to be honest, I was worried. But having arrived and unloaded from check-in in an hour, I realized that everything here is not as bad as many people write in the review. It took exactly an hour from check in to complete unloading. And the lady at the reception was pleasant and competent.

Delivered some Lumber, really organized and unloaded within 45min. My appt was until Monday but they got me rolling on a Friday. Good place and you can park O/N.

As far as these mega warehouses go, this is definitely top 3. Expecting the worse with the bad reviews. I was able to park overnight, dry van deliveries open at 7am. I confirmed with office lady At transportation office. There is no delivery appointments! checked in, strolled down to building 321. Waited 15 minutes for door. Started unloading me soon as I backed. Very friendly here too. Would deliver again.

Very busy with truck's going in and out of. Very nice at guard shack. They are very helpful when delivering or picking up load. There rows are A thru Z they tell you what row to drop and what row you will pick up from.
When it's raining it does get very muddy

I have been here multiple times the security guards and the warehouse workers are all friendly and polite. The unloading time is fairly quick, usually within 30-60 minutes tops.

Frankly, after reading the negative reviews, I was expecting the worst. I was delivering a load at 8 AM but I arrived at 10:30 PM the previous night. They started unloading me at 11 PM and I was done at 1:30 AM. Fairly smooth operation. They also have overnight parking, which is great!
The timely process is greatly appreciated!

Had a 7am appt. I arrived at location at 1am and parked onsite. Checked in at 630am and I was in and out in less than 2hrs.

Fast Fast Fast ! I like delivering at this location because I’m always a drop and when I have a relay it’s always ready before DD time

This place has one of the best receiving departments. Even if your appointment is the next day, they will unload you when you arrive. You can also use their truck staging area to take your 10hr break. Also friendly staff and security guards.

Ok to pick up a load but it takes some time
They tarp load and have some overnight parking but if it’s full just on the other side of turnpike 80 is plenty of parking
All the Menard stores are good for getting you in and out quickly and you can park at the store overnight

I delivered here(live unload) wed evening at 17:00 thought it was going to be a long process after reading previous reviews but it was actually pretty fast. Yard dogs do drive too fast through parking it’s not safe if you’re walking. Staff is extremely nice tho. & if you have a dog in the truck security at gate has doggy treats for your dog it wasn’t a bad experience at all..

Flatbed lumper delivery, good experience. Fast unloading and FCFS facility.

Awesome facility. Extremely well kept up with. They even have lot sweepers to pickup any debris on cement pads. Nice to know likelihood of getting nail in tire is slim. Staff is extremely friendly and was in and out in 1 hr. Parking on site outside of entrance. Please keep it clean guys so we are able to have this privilege remain.

Very friendly and professional employees at check in and shipping. It was very busy when I arrived but the were fairly quick. Easy drop amd hook. Great experience.

Best place to deliver a man just get there early

Take Traxler rd down a mile or so and continue straight and location is right there.
Guard shack folks were nice and helpful
Drop and hook was easy to pick up
Plenty of parking and overnight if need be

Always quick and easy to get in and out. Everyone is pretty friendly

Checked in 07:00AM unloaded 8:15AM.Fast unloading 25skids.

I dont know why some truckers have bad experience here. I arrived at my appointment time, Monday 7am for unloading and was out at 8,30am . Which is the normal average time for unloading.

There is parking for those who arrive early. Shipping/receiving office starts at 6am
