Travelodge by Wyndham Truth or Consequences

Had some issues booking my reservation online and decided to call the hotel. The guy on the phone was more than helpful to get my reservation and information. When I arrived it was quick and easy to check in and the staff was very nice. The rooms and bathroom were very clean and made our stay more comfortable from the start. Only thing is our room wasn’t given any soap for the showers but it was no worries I just walked to the front desk and got some.

Victor, the general manager, was a gem to work with! We had a group of employees coming to the area for a job that had some uncertainty to its start and finish dates. Victor went above and beyond to help us find rooms when we needed them at the last minute and get us good rates! Also, he allowed us a couple last minute cancellations when we encountered some changes to our schedule. We are so grateful for his excellent customer service! Definitely recommend this lodging accommodation in Truth or Consequences!

Clean rooms, easy check-in, and great service. We accidentally booked a smoking room, and they were really friendly and accommodating when helping us get into a non-smoking room. Friendly faces in the morning made our day out to a good start.

Right off the highway easy access to anything local. Highly recommend the staff is super helpful and very kind! You definitely won't regret staying here

DEC 2023 We are back and I have to say we are very happy. The rooms are clean. The people who own and run this hotel just seem to really provide good service. They make feel valued. The hotel was prettty full with people who arenworking on the roads. But they still were not short for anything. Breakfast is called grab and go. There was caffinated coffee, bananas, rice crispy treats, yogurt, 3 cereal and 2 microwavable egg options. The coffee is good. Also tea and hot chocolate. I didn't try the orange juice to know of it is good but they do have that too. If the could get a small table or 2 and some stools it would be nice. But we are very happy as is. Plan to return.

Dec 2022 The room was clean. Our first room had a broken door that wouldn't lock. Fortunately they had another room for us. For the price it is a good value. While the advertised breakfast was included there was not a place to eat breakfast. They had a few item, you could get a banana and coffee and take it to your room. Or you could eat at the Cafe next door. We enjoyed that. The people were nice. We ate going to stay there again.

Nice motel good location. Room and beds good check in easy. Parking right outside room. Clean and had everything needed.

Location spot on near restaurants and walmart amd cash station.

Only issue was number 103 room the heater unit was noisy apart from that great one night stay

I really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed two nights, personnel at front desk were very nice and friendly. We asked about going to one of the hot springs in the area and the young man suggested Riverbend Hot Springs. He also suggested just the one hour soak and we followed his advice. The rooms are nice and clean very good layout of the room. Breakfast was limited cereal, coffee, sweets, yogurt, muffins, bananas but it was quaint. Enough for us. It is quiet beds were comfy as were pillows, towels and bathing essentials were provided. Very friendly they greet you with a smile. Will stay there again.

Stopped in late and got the last available room for the night. Slept good. Walmart is just up the road. Comfy night's sleep.

I loved staying here, as for location, its as central as you can get. The staff was accommodating and our room was perfect. Great value for the price!

Very comfy beds. Room is nice and clean. Front desk folks are very helpful and friendly. Bathroom sink didn’t drain well but other than that, everything was great!

This motel is a great value, and a great find! The owners have remodeled with LG air conditioners, new flooring, and new mattresses. The rooms are clean, and the owners are very responsive. We stayed 8 days, June 1--8, and ate at many nice restaurants. We did "soaks" three different afternoons at three different spas and loved the experience. We visited the golf course and restaurant. It is finishing a major upgrade. Truly first class! Elephant Butte Lake is slowly, but surely, filling up with water. TC is a great place to take a relaxing vacation. Johnnie B's, a great American food restaurant, with reasonable prices, is next door, and a super Walmart is just up the hill.

After a long trip throughout NM with my dogs, T or C was my last stop before heading home. I had the choice of a three-story mega hotel or a trip through the past. I chose this because I had my own door and wouldn’t disturb others with my dogs. This place is amazingly clean, quiet, and updated. It’s family owned and I met three of them. Friendly people and a great location. I will be back. This experience was so great, I now look for this chain wherever I go.

Nice, clean, spacious room, non-smoking with two queen beds. Good desk area for computering. Refrigerator and microwave work well. Plenty of parking, and quiet, particularly on the back side. All rooms are at ground level. The staff are friendly and helpful.
I'd happily stay here again.

Very clean vintage motel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Great parking and the bikes were well lit all night.
Walmart is easily within walking distance.

Five stars for hospitality👍 Rooms are clean, well maintained and sanitized. Price for room is economical. All the hot springs are close by from this place. They have nice coffee and Indian Tea ☕, multiple options of snacks and fruits In breakfast. Owners are nice and friendly. We enjoyed our stay, total value for money.

This place is such a cute and quint place. Upon arrival the owners were very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and nice and cool. The bathroom was well stocked and clean. We got free ice and a complimentary coffee set up. Awesome for lkids and family would recommend.

We were driving from Colorado to Arizona and decided to stop for the night. The price was great. We got a non smoking room but next door there were guest smoking. My husband went to the office to see about getting another room. They gave us one far from the smoke. The manager also went and talked to them. Which I think was awesome. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were one of the most comfortable we've slept on, besides our own. Hehe. It was a very nice stay and I would definitely come back here again. We were traveling with our two dogs and they were very accommodating.

We stayed on 3/25. We checked in very late, but the guy was still very friendly. The room was under $70, two queen bed. Smoking and non smoking. The room was clean, comfy beds, big bathroom and huge vanity. You do get what you pay for, it's not a luxury room, but it's clean and comfortable, close to the freeway, with friendly staff. The free breakfast was one of the best. Needing proteins in the morning, not sugar, I was super exited with the offer of sausage biscuits and hard boiled eggs. :D

We stayed there on 2 separate occasions. Once when we were traveling down to our hunting location and then again on the return trip. Both times were exceptional for what we needed. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good to, especially for the price of the room. I recommend this place to anyone. Conveniently located and perfect for big trucks and trailers!

Rooms old but clean. New mattress and bed was comfortable. Pet friendly and only $10 per night. Very very friendly and helpful owners. Breakfast was more than continental. Great breakfast with excellent choices and plentiful. I'd stay there again.
