We love working with local businesses when we can! And we are so glad we went to Rawlings when we wanted to replace our carpet. We did not even know what we wanted and they showed us options in all budget levels. We were given samples to take home to compare and selected the one we wanted and the measure, purchase, and install was flawless. The installation crew was amazing. Very professional and fast and took the extra step to wrap the stairs to give it a much more finished up scale look. I would recommend them for sure and will use them for flooring needs in the future!

We had all the floors in our home (except for sunroom and bathroom) replaced with LVP. We initially met with Steve who showed us different varieties within our budget and allowed us to take as many samples as we wanted home with us. Scheduling was easy because of timely communication by Steve.

Install was estimated to be 5 days but our expert installer Tom was able to finish midway the 4th day. He is knowledgeable and completed an impeccable install, including several minor carpentry items necessary to complete the job. We cannot speak highly enough of him.

The entire process was easy and seamless. We highly recommend Rawlings and would call them again in a heartbeat.

We have used Rawlings on at least 3 different occasions for carpet and/or flooring in our home over the past 8+ years. Why have we returned so many times? They are knowledgeable, courteous, and dependable. They recently installed a floating floor in our basement and it looks fantastic. From picking the flooring to the installation, the entire process was professional and top notch.

I am a local business owner who recently experienced damage and loss to the floors and walls at my office. I was immediately greeted by one of the owners, Mark. Mark listened attentively to my needs and urgency to get the correct flooring and have it installed ASAP. He was helpful with choosing the type of the luxury vinyl and carpeting from a lot of options. He discussed considerations of wear patterns, use, colors, and helped me in make a quality choice that fit my budget. In short order, I had chosen the flooring and Mark took it from there. He had the office measured, product ordered, installation date set all with NO WORRY on my part. The was installed even earlier than expected which was such a wonderful surprise!! My office is looking better than ever. I couldn't be happier with all aspects of our interactions.

Rawlings team is professional, caring, efficient, and deliver as they say! It makes a difference when you do business with people who care about the quality of their work and the reputation they have in the community - something I don't think you get at a discount retailer or a big box store. This is the second project we had Rawlings take care of. We had hardwood floors installed on both stories of the house as well as stairs. The pricing was fair and the installer “Steve” did an outstanding job. The work was performed on schedule, neat, and the final product was amazing. I highly recommend Rawlings for all of your flooring needs!

Just had Rawlings install hardwoods in our house this week. The entire process could not have been any better. David helped us pick out just the right floor, answering all our questions and concerns. He followed up on all our requests in a timely manor. Steve installed the flooring and is amazing! He showed up on time each day and when he left each night, the house was clean. My experience with Rawlings Floor Covering was perfect in every way. When I put a contract on a house in Wakefield I went in to the store and chose the wood flooring I wanted to have installed in the home. I received expert advice and help in choosing just the right floor for my home. When the contract was finalized I was out of state at my residence at the time. Rawlings did an excellent job of communicating with me over the phone and making the plans for the installation as soon as I closed on the house. We were working to have it done before my furniture arrived. The installer, Steve, talked to me on the phone and carefully explained what I would need and the timing. Richard coordinated the ordering, delivery and scheduling seamlessly. Steve arrived on the scheduled date as promised. His excellent craftsmanship and expediency in completing my job was astounding. All of my expectations were exceeded and I have beautiful wood floors on my entire upper level. I highly recommend Rawlings Floor Company!

I had Rawlings install luxury vinyl throughout an entire house (everything except the bathrooms). Ray was the installer and did a great job, super nice guy. Their price was perfectly fair, maybe even a bit better than I expected, and certainly worth it considering that they're a reputable business. Even though they advised up front that some trim might need touch ups after completion, the trim was in perfect shape when they were done, as far as I could tell. I was impressed enough by them that I asked them for recommendations on other contractors. Very happy with Rawlings, I would recommend them 100% to anybody who asks. - Rob McCarthy

We wanted to share how happy we were with our whole experience with Rawlings. Steve, our sales person was extremely helpful and patient through the whole process. We were allowed to take multiple luxury vinyl floor samples home multiple times. Any and all questions were promptly answerd as were phone calls and emails. Tom, the installer, is a true craftsman who did an amazing job with our floor. In terms or price, Rawlings in very fair and more than competative. Rawlings was recommended to us by a friend and we intend to highly recommend them to others.

We recently purchased a small house in Point Judith, and have hired several contractors to work on it. Getting estimates and interviewing assorted good (and not so good) contractors was tiresome, and at times frustrating, due to us living several hours away. While we were waiting (almost THREE weeks!) for an estimate on vinyl wood plank flooring from a local store , I went to another store called Rawlings. I was approached by Mark Z, one of the salesmen at the store. All I can say is from then on, our experience with Rawlings was flawless. Mark showed me several products in the store, and answered all questions. Through our numerous phone calls, he was informative on all aspects of having the flooring installed throughout our entire cottage, and sending the estimate within three days! When I couldn't be present for the installation, the installers (Ray being the head installer) met with my handyman. The flooring now looks beautiful, and the workmanship is excellent.

Rawlings replaced our old carpets with beautiful new laminate flooring. Richard patiently showed us all the options then helped us pick flooring that best suited our lifestyle and use. The price was more competitive than the competition, the installation went flawlessly, and the quality of their workmanship was outstanding. We recently purchased an area rug from Richard, and as usual he patiently showed us all the colors and variations of the carpet that interested us. About a month after delivery, the carpet developed a defect in the binding. We called Rawlings, and without any hassles, they ordered, delivered, and installed a new carpet. They truly value you as a customer, and make working with them a great experience! They are fantastic to work with, and work hard to make their customers happy.
