Yellow Jacket Eatery

The new version of the Yellow Jacket is so good. Alyssa and Colleen did great work tonight. We brought a huge crowd of family and friends, and they took great care of everyone. I had the sliders. They were delicious. The French fries? They're top notch. We ordered order after order. Best French fries ever.

Wow, great food and service!! A group of 12 of us invaded and the owner handled it with grace, as the only person working here, the food was timely and very good. I look forward to returning here again, I highly recommend 👍

Lunch was fabulous. A must visit when up in Trinity Center or camping. Food is great, nice owners, nice staff, and the atmosphere is relaxing.

Tried it for the first time and it was delicious. The staff were very friendly. I brought my two kids (3 years old and 6 months) and my 3 year old loved the shake. I can't wait to come back again.

Great Food. Family friendly environment with a great patio and live music.
Had the Swiss Bacon burger special with sweet.potato fries. Came with a nice creamy dill dipping sauce with the fries, and the most perfect level of salting to the fries.
Excellent local beer and wine selection, and even some local photography hanging on the walls.
To boot, it looks like they're planting their own garden out back. Farm to table in the future? Amazing!

Keeping it simple with their offering and providing a great environment with good service and great outdoor seating. Family operated to serve their local community and visitors alike. A must visit when up here.

Great spot for Trinity. Under new ownership and they have really gave the Jacket a face lift. Great patio for dogs, good beer selection, good menu to be different from other local spots, and just a great vibe. Definitely stop by!

So tasty - not just good for the location, but good for anywhere! Try the Gunslinger and fries, they can't be beat.

Sometimes we find special spots in the most out-of-the-way places - this is one of those spots.
