My sister and I used to come here as kids and always had a blast learning and seeing all the the dinosaurs and different fossils that are on display. I was able to take my 2 year old (kids under 3 years old get in for free!) daughter and she really enjoyed herself! I was bummed that the place hasn't really been updated in the 20+ years it has been since I was a kid running around. I think it would be nice to have a bit more interactive things to do for little kids, but overall still am happy with our visit. We will continue to keep visiting and learning 🦖🦕

This place was very cute. It was small but overall the kids enjoyed it. Very clean museum. The girls at the front desk were lovely. The gift shop was pretty cool. We found a few things to get. Great variety in merchandise and prices.

It's a small museum, but it's jam-packed with exhibits. There's an excavation sand pit for the little ones and a cool water table area. There's tons of information and a very affordable and entertaining way to spend an afternoon for anyone who likes dinosaurs. There were clean restrooms and a great little gift shop. We got a dinosaur claw replica and a geode we could break on our own. Super fun place for the whole family.

A smaller museum, but a lot of good exhibits! I think it might possibly be a little more aimed towards families with smaller children, but a lot of the information is good for adults to read (as in it isn't super dumbed down or obviously written for small children).

Lots of skeletons and bones, plus some models of what some dinosaurs may have looked like in real life. Many things were from the local area, which is really cool to see so many things from this part of the world. There's also a paleontology lab.

There were a few areas for kids to play, or at least interact with things. There was an "earthquake zone" with a shaking pad, which I remember from visiting here as a kid almost 30 years ago. There was also a sand pit the dig up replicas of bones, and a water feature that we couldn't get to work but you were supposed to build a dam with rocks. There's also a dinosaur that growls at you when you push a button.

Honestly one of my favorite parts was the aquarium with the little gar and catfish. Gar are so neat!

We spent a little over an hour here. If you're looking for something to do, have some time to kill, or have little ones, I'd recommend a stop.

Great fun for all ages and affordable. Call ahead to ensure you do not go on a public school trip day.

This is an excellent museum. Very educational and fun! Plenty of great exhibits. The dinosaur van in the front caught my attention immediately. The admission was very affordable and so is the gift shop. They have a viewing area to watch people working on artifacts. Perfect for children

Honestly this was a really good experience. My 3 year old was kinda scared at first, but she loved it me and my husband had a good time and learning new things about dinosaurs. We were just passing through and it was a nice fun break to have from driving. Would definitely recommend!

We are seniors so we got a discount on the tickets. There were many dinosaur skeletons on display. There was a lot of information on the dinosaurs here. There were a lot of size comparisons. Also a platform was available to stand on and experience an earthquake. It was all very interesting.

This dinosaur museum may be small, but is packed with lots of information. It has exhibits about things I've never seen before, like how we can tell if a dinosaur was sick or had a disease. We spent about 1.5 hours here and were able to see most of it. It was a great stop on our roadtrip. Great place to bring young children as well.

This was a neat little museum. There were windows where you could watch people working on fossils in real time. Also a lot of information on fossils, geological layers and features, and earthquakes. They tell you where each fossil is from, how old it is, and how they dated each one. Very cool experience. The gift shop was nice as well.

I had been trying to visit this museum for about 3 years. 3 years ago pandemic hit and I believe it was officially closed. Finally 3 years later I took my 13 year who liked it but stated "low budget" museum. I don't really know what he meant by it. My 10 year old loved the whole experience and said "thanks dad". I myself loved it and gave me a lot of dinosaur's history here in Colorado. I would recommend it to anybody with younger kids who might enjoy it as well. My 4 year old was handsy with everything. He said, "this is so cool"

It’s a dinosaur museum! A really good one too! If you’re an adult looking to kill some time it’s good for about one hour and you’ll learn something! With kids who knows, you could spend a lot of time in there. That said the best part are the interactive displays, I imagine covid might have taken some of those away unfortunately. Will update!

This is such a great museum. They also have a nice gift shop with a wide variety of items from kids toys to kids books, memorabilia, coffee cups and knick knacks.

The museum itself is also great with a mixture of fossil exhibits, skeleton recreations, and animatronics/models.

I love when museums have more interactive type exhibits. There are several trivia questions in the museum where you lift a latch to find out the answer. They also currently have an earthquake simulator you can stand on.

I think any person with a love or interest in dinosaurs, and other extinct species would find enjoyment here.
