I had a crisis situation needing a composting toilet repaired prior to a tenants arrival. . Mark was very responsive and helpful and arranged for his son/plumbing colleague Joshua to come out the next morning.
Joshua was prompt and very knowledgeable about composting toilets , did the repair and also helped identify another plumbing issue which I will use him to repair in the future. I was very pleased and satisfied with the quality of work and responsiveness.

Called today and Mark was able to squeeze us in for same day service, talk us through the issue, and resolve it for a reasonable price.

Mark fixed out water heater quickly. He let us order it ourselves so there was no hidden cost and charged a fair price for the labor. MArk is knowledgeable and gave us many tips on maintaining our system for longevity. He also took the time to find the line to a faucet in the back of the house that we haven't used in years! Very good service and friendly personality.

We had a number of small plumbing jobs plus a hot water heater and whole-house water filter that needed to be replaced. Mark, his son and brother were a pleasure to work with and did a grade "A" job. The water heater was a bear to get out up and over the furnace and through several tight doors. I was impressed by their teamwork and they didn't leave a ding or scratch anywhere. The water filter wasn't standard. Mark found one locally at a great price and installed it within a day. I thought we would have to order one and wait a week to get it. I highly recommend Cipriano Plumbing and Heating. Prompt, professional, personable, excellent quality work and left the house as clean as it was when they arrived.

Mark was able to fix our toilet within a few hours our call, same day. He also reviewed our waste water pipes to suggest useful preventative maintenance. I will call him if I need a plumber again in the future.

Mark and his team were excellent. They replaced an old cast iron & lead waste line with PVC, replaced my toilet, redid my entire heating system including a new tankless unit install, and hauled off all the debris - all within a couple of days. These guys clearly know what they're doing and they do it well.

Mark always makes an effort to give the very best. He is well trained and professional. He knows plumbing and gas repair to help in several areas. He may stretch himself a little thin but that is for the extra effort so many jobs require. He offers hard work at a fair price.

Mark is most trustworthy, reliable and fair plumber I know, will and have recommended to others. He is extremely knowledgeable and gives spot on advice, pleasure to know and do business with.

Mark came out on a Saturday and helped me out with a toilet issue. Super friendly and was able to fix the problem in no time.

I had a pump-up sewage tank that wasn't pumping. Called Mark, who replaced the pump and talked about how the new one was the best there is and worth the cost. He installed the pump, charged me $250 for the service call and also billed me $460 for a pump that I later learned goes for $270 retail. During that call the check (one-way) valve wasn't working properly, but he left it as is. A couple of days later, the pump still would not work and I called him back. A few weeks later, he sent his brother to replace the valve and again told me what a great valve the new one is even though it's expensive. For the 20 minutes he was working he charged me another $125 for the service call even though it wasn't fixed after the first service call. I was also billed $80 for the new valve, which cost $40 retail everywhere. I also had to clean up all of the debris and disposed-of parts after both calls and they needed my rags to clean up spilled water. This was my first experience with Cipriano Plumbing. It should also be my last.
Last Update: I have paid Cipriano $1000 for a job that should have cost me half that and the pump they installed still doesn't work. I would rate them Zero stars if I could. They even came back a third time and tried to make it work, but the pump-up still doesn't operate and I am still out $1000. Done with Cipriano. I hired another plumber who was more competent and he did something crazy. He read the directions that came with the pump. 10 minutes later, the system works and all of Cipriano's explanations for the fix were wrong.
