Ent Express - Prairie

I've had great experiences at this ATM. It's close to home and convenient for me and it also has video teller services which is super helpful. If you have a more complex transaction that you need to take care of it, you don't want to go down to the main branch. The only issue I ever had there was having to wait one time while the ATM was filled. As a matter of fact, I accidentally left my card in the ATM. Once and the person behind me actually returned it to me. So all in all I'd say it's a five star for sure.

Never works when you need it too

No good reason for an automated machine to not work in the evening. Some of us work at night and sleep 9-5, the world is already more difficult because of that but it gets to be impossible without money.
Edit: after waiting in the cold for a few hours trying not to nod off I find out this machine isn't performing transactions through a dialog box that wont even give a reason why it cant perform its basic function. Will be telling as many people as will listen to bank elsewhere, cannot overstate how frustratingly cumbersome it is to use this service. Dont even have the money for a bus ride downtown to deposit my check, online deposits come up with error after error and my sleep deprived antisocial mania is not going to benefit from the long walk.
