100% satisfied! As a retired Marine I can say this was the easiest used car buying process I ever was part of. I saw the car my daughter wanted on their site, called about it, and let them know I was coming from Temecula for a test drive. Showed up, I looked at car, there was no pressure what so over. They let me take it on freeway and really test it out good. Looked under hood again no pressure no smoke and mirrors. When I was ready I told them I would like to make a deal. They were professional, didn’t try to change anything on the sale. I let them know I was in a hurry, and then I was going to get a cashiers check at the bank. While I was doing that they let my daughter fill out all the necessary paperwork. When I came back everything was complete, and the keys were in our hand in less than one hour. Mullen’s Auto has so many great vehicles it makes it difficult to choose. The salesman, Bill, is extremely helpful (and patient). We ended up getting a Fiat 500, that is nearly perfect, at a great price. We are still considering a second vehicle, and will be going there!
