I have reached out to James on two separate occasions about plumbing issues in my house and both times he has been punctual, efficient, and reasonably priced. Last week I was having issues with a leak under the hot water heater and James was able to come out and diagnose the problem and fix it all within a few hours. Could not recommend this business enough! Grand Valley is lucky to have them.

I was so impressed with the service I received from James and Alex with A &E plumbing.. they were able to come by same day and assess the problem and had it repaired. the builder had installed the toilet wrong. this company will be my go to from now on.

We recently purchased a home in Parachute and James has been amazingly helpful when we've had a few heating issues at our home. Highly recommend his services!

As a 40 year local I highly recommend A&E Plumbing and Heating. Fast, friendly, thorough and customer service oriented. They even went above and beyond and removed a stain from our utility room that had been left by a different company! (They were also really good about making sure our Houdini dog didn't get out and gates were closed as they went in and out.)

I will definitely use this company as much as possible. He came by for an estimate and was very honest and helpful! Better than most companies for sure! Great prices as well. 🤘

Called on a Friday night for a hot water heater and they were out first thing Saturday morning. Good customer service and work.

Setup an appointment to replace an exterior faucet and he didn't show up. I called and texted him several times over the next few days and I never received a response.

Called in November and said he would be out. He couldn't get to me one day so he set it up for another day. Never showed.

This guy is hit and miss. Sometimes he answers his phone and sometimes he doesn't. He has ghosted me. He came over said I need parts and he never called back. He won't answer my phone calls. He doesn't need or want my business. That's so rude. I thought I had a plumber. I called someone else. It can start out good but if he doesn't want to do the job, he won't call you back. That's no way to run a business.
