Sunnyville Trailer Court

Cannot say enough nice things about the Gaelan and Jasna Brown's Sunnvyille Trailer Court. They were extremely accomodating and made us feel right at home. The trailer we stayed in was comfortable and stocked with great vintage furniture for a throw-back vibe. We will be coming back! Also, don't forget to have the fries at their food truck!

Magical little oasis with great owners. Tubs were always clean and available and the big one has amazing views of the mountains. Great hiking and rock climbing in the area. The owners, Gaelan, Jasna, and their son Alex, were super helpful with great tips on local climbing spots and the best places to eat and buy supplies. A great romantic getaway and/or family friendly environment that feels safe and private but is close to all kinds of great things to do!!!!

We had a wonderful time at Sunnyville. What a hidden little gem. We spent 3 days there with our class C RV and had such a relaxing time. This set up was also very dog friendly which is always important to us! They have 3 tubs within the grounds and we never saw all 3 full at anytime. There is a beautiful patio space for lounging and grilling as well. 2 block walk to ANYTHING you need in town- brewery, grocery store, cute shops, restaurants, and food truck! The food truck that this same family runs is PHENOMENAL and Galen, Yasma, and Alex are just the sweetest! What an awesome, forward thinking concept that these guys have manifested in a quaint little town! I also was VERY impressed by their AirBnB rentals! They have a couple of decked out, retro trailers and a fancy glamping tent! We definitely want to check those out on our next visit. The camp hosts were perfectly prompt, and very accommodating with any needs that we had. I highly recommend Sunnyville and plan to return for another relaxing weekend!

Perfect urban camping experience with our own RV and access to the hot spring soaking tubs and outdoor fire pit lounge. Super sweet renovation in the midst of the hot springs district. T or C is funky (in all the ways) and Sunnyville is a sweet spot to enjoy it. They also have vintage trailers to rent via air bnb. Hosts are great and easy to work with too.

Sunnyville offers great accommodations and relaxing soaking tubs in the heart of Truth or Consequences. The hosts and property manager are extremely kind and the facility is secure and quiet. This is a place I would definitely come back to!

We stayed at this newly renovated RV park last night. The place is very clean, private, quiet and comfortable. The owners are friendly and attentive. Also, the hot spring tubs are awesome - in a great setting and just as hot as advertised! Highly recommend staying here.

Awesome location! Minutes from downtown and river. Privacy! The court yard is completely surrounded by walls. People are friendly and quiet. Tubs are clean. Dog friendly. Walking distance from historic down town. Excellent micro brewery near by. Food truck minutes from front entrance.

A fabulous find! Privacy, Hot soaks, electricity for my camper, they even backed it in for me ♥ Laundry room (free) and couldn’t have asked for kinder more lovely people! Jasna and Gaelen and their son, Alex are exceptional folks. I hated to leave! Not only that...they make the most delicious food- you can find at the Truth or Consequences Brewery in their food truck out back- order at the bar and they deliver to your table I’m definitely coming back 😊. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My wife wanted a hot springs glamping weekend and Sunnyville Trailer Court was the perfect destination. This was her first time dragging the trailer and parking it too🥺🥺. Sunnyville Trailer Court's tubs (2 private tubs, a community tub, and a jet tub) were the perfect remedy for post surgery recovery. I would have preferred to just hang out there the whole weekend. The property is also gated for the guests assuring a full relaxing environment. I can see Sunnyville Trailer Court becoming a future destination for film, sports, or spaceport crews to post up for a destination. On another note, Sunnyville Trailer Court also has rental retro trailers with water and electricity. There is also a rental Safari Luxury Tent. We loved the privacy and security, the hot tubs, the quiet, the convenience of the small town, the proximity to the river and most of all the courtesy and friendliness of the owners. We returned for another soak a couple weeks later and plan to come back next year as well!

Im currently writing this from the comfort of my private hot spring. This hot spring this winter is the reason I will fall for coming back this summer. Weather or not you want to enjoy a tent stay or RV experience; SUNNYVILLE is blossoming flower in the desert. Forecast a retro experience in this park.

If you are lucky enough to pass through Truth or Consequences, New Mexico then Sunnyville is the place to stay. We loved everything about it, from their access to the hot springs (pumping out 109°F mineral rich water) to their location downtown. They have done a great job to make this place feel like home. They have a big tub which can fit 5 people or you can choose to have your own private tubs. The hosts are incredibly helpful with advise about trips and activities around TorC. We even had a chance to do some absolutely incredible rock climbing on Mud Mountain. Elephant Butte Lake is a quick drive where you have access to endless beaches where you can kayak or just cool off. There is so much to do around this area, it's definitely worth the trip !
